“Delivery and communication excellent. Went for higher price break for better product? Oak lid to blanket box is superb. Sadly the rest of the cabinetry is left wanting. Poorly finished especially in the feet areas, rough edges on the painted edges. Unfortunately two screws were missing from one of the hinges. I can refit myself to save rejection but this could be better. Overall a nice unit as it will not be on full display.”

“1. We bought a dining table. It is exactly as advertised. 2. However, many of your competitors offer an assembly service at a reasonable charge. I suggest you could do the same. 3. The delivery men first unloaded the wrong table; fortunately they discovered their mistake before they left. Easily done perhaps if they had a hectic delivery schedule.”

“This unit is well designed and is constructed from pine and a fair amount of MDF. It is unusual to find such a large chest which is why I bought it as I wanted to streamline my bedroom. However I was torn as I usually buy real, solid wood preferably with dovetail joints. It seems a solid chest of drawers but there are compromises due to the construction materials, namely the drawer function which slides via a plastic wheel in a recess resulting in a slightly clunky action. It is also necessary to “position” the drawer when closing to ensure there is not an uneven gap between the drawer and framework which not aesthetically pleasing when it occurs. Would also like to see the quality of finish on the top the chest reflected in the sides and a little more paint on the “hidden” areas even if this increased the cost. That said it is an attractive unit that makes a statement and offers good storage.”

“The dressing table itself is fine - it’s solid. Marked down as I was offered a middle of Monday delivery with very limited choice (the alternative was 2 weeks later, and I have already waited a month) and they left the dressing table on the ground floor, stating that they only do ground floor deliveries - difficult if you’re a woman on her own, and need the dressing table in an upstairs bedroom.”

“I had to return the dining chairs as I thought I was getting four instead of 2, but anyhow, the company gave me a refund without any issues, although I did have to pay 20 quid for collection.”

“Had my bedroom furniture delivered today; Cheshire range. Bedside cabinet and dressing table fine, although pretty poor quality cheap wood! Painted not great either. Triple wardrobe bit of a nightmare! Quality of products poor. Holes not lined up on oak top. Paint job pretty poor and the so called instructions..... well i've included a copy so you can see for yourselves. Wouldn't purchase from them again. Delivery drivers nice though and came earlier than expected.”

“Show room as well set out. Order taken with ease. Delivery no issues. The wardrobe was OK. Not great, but did not cost as much as other sites. overall we got what we paid for and are happy”

“Ordered in Feb, with a delivery date of first 2 weeks in Apr. Phoned to find out where they were in April as no communication at all. Received an email saying they would be arriving at the beginning of May. Arrived mid May, good solid chairs, very hard on the seat.”

“Waited 4 months for my Billy bar stools, unfortunately the quality of the joints were quite unsightly. Really disappointed after waiting so long but the customer service was very good and quick to respond and I'm awaiting collection”

“Ordered my furniture in early March and still waiting for it. All paid for and won't deliver until back order item has arrived and told two weeks after 31st May. When we ordered it did not say the item was not in stock or that they will only deliver the items in one go. If we had known we would not have ordered them. What is the likelihood that they won't even turn up two weeks after 31st May. No one want to talk to you on the phone, just email. I ordered from them because my first order was really great and wonderful quality. Concern is that the items we ordered and paid for will end up being out of stock and end up with nothing.”

“I ordered a dinning table and two leather benches. I am happy with the quality of the product however the leather on the benches was supposed to be a burgundy color which I liked on line when I ordered What was delivered was completely different, almost a dark pink or a light maroon sort of a color !! Not happy about it. I do not want to go through complaints and disputes so I kept them since i have no time o waste and I like the overall product hence why 3 stars otherwise would give more stars.”

“Very lovely chairs and colour. But very disappointed with the delivery, I did not receive any txt/ email to inform me when the delivery will be. I had to chase it up. Very disappointed with the delivery driver as well, rang only 10mins away. Please next time write to your customers and confirm delivery time and driver to call atleast 20-30mins before arrival.”

“I was very disappointed to receive an email to say that the item I ordered and paid £269 for was out now out of stock. I was advised of date they were due in and my order would be delivered 2 weeks after that, I fact waited over 6 weeks, and was very disappointed with my purchase my Oak console table was a horrific shade of orange and it's costing me £20 to return it !”

“Furniture lovely. Service great - up until delivery. .... I ordered assembled as a woman on my own... yet getting this them up two flights of stairs was very problematic. Appreciate that precautions are being taken with covid, but don’t really see why delivery inside was not possible (with masks). Other companies have managed that - such as John Lewis That factor has meant that for my other furniture I have gone to other suppliers, such as John Lewis.”
