I ordered a nest of 3 tables on 3rd June and didn't receive them until 12th August. It was only when I placed my order and paid for the tables, was I told of the long delivery time. When delivery was being arranged, I was given a date and was told that if I wasn't availabe on this date, then I would have to wait another 3 weeks! The tables, when they arrived, were lovely, however, I wasn't impressed with the overall delivery experience.

Furniture is very good however if you can’t make the delivery date or want to make a return expect to wait weeks /months. I would buy in store or not bother unless someone is always at home.

We can see you decided to change your order to something else and the items you chose were out of stock, this naturally will have a bearing on the delivery lead times. We always contact our customers with notice once a delivery date has been planned. Items that are purchased in store or online, with a pre-order date will have the same lead time. Furniture was lovely but wait of over 4 months rather than 4 weeks as advertised

Dear Daniel, Thank you for your review, we are delighted to hear your positive sentiments regarding your lovely furniture, we are pleased to hear this. We can see you placed your order on the 15th March with a pre-order date of 30th June, unfortunately due to the global shipping crisis in the Suez we had a further delay with your order which you were notified of on the 16th May. We apologised for this, however, we would like to clarify that your original pre-order was anticipated for delivery mid July, and this was delivered to you on the 5th August, therefore, there was never a promise for delivery within 4 weeks from the order date, neither was there a delay of 4 months nor was this advertised as such. The furniture was delivered but not unpacked by the delivery men . Some companies do this for you. Looking at it we were initially pleased with it. However during the course of the day we noticed it was giving off the most obnoxious fumes. We could not sleep in the bedroom that night and emailed the customer services early next morning. The fumes have continued throughout the week and we are still unable to use the room. We have been trying to resolve the situation with customer services and have tried leaving the windows open 24 hours a day to make the smell dissipate. We are at present still trying to resolve things. We have asked for a refund but the company wants us to repack everything ourselves which we feel unable to do without the correct materials. The company have made various stipulations regarding this and we have asked that the delivery men bring materials and do it. We feel we should not be responsible for this as we will be blamed for any damage in transit. We are still waiting for a resolution.

Large chest of drawers arrived and the quality looks good for the price. Two areas that brought the score down: 1) colour - a grey with a green tint to it so does not quite fit with the interior and will need to look if I can repaint it somehow 2) the delivery guys just dropped it in the entrance hallway. When I asked them if the furniture would not be delivered in the room of choice they reluctantly took it there but it was only after they left that I noticed the damage done to the wall and paint. As such sadly it will cost me more replastering and repainting those areas than the piece of furniture itself.

Slightly disappointed as the drawer space is very limited bearing in mind the size of the furniture. Also delivery drivers arrived early and were not very friendly.

It took forever to arrive,yes I knew there was going to be a delayed delivery on my item ,but it went well past the ETA and when I rang to ask how long it was going to take to get to me , nobody had the faintest idea !

The piece of furniture I bought is very good quality. However I was disappointed that the guys who delivered it wouldn’t help me take it out of the box and lift it into position. I live alone and the reason I bought from Top furniture was because I didn’t have to build it myself. I do think the policy should be to help customers take it out of the box and position it

They delivered it okay. But I didn’t like the fact that they just left the item in the box and just left me alone to try to do it. I got a helpful neighbour who helped me to take the item out of the box. Wasn’t entirely satisfied with their attitude.

Delivery men were so unhelpful left me a 75yr old with polio to unpack 2 big boxes containing chest of drawers and dressing table! Thankfully customer service are brilliant very helpful girl determined to sort problem found a lovely man to come and unpack. Thank you

Quality was very good but had a major problem with the delivery people the van spilled a large amount of diesel on our block paving which is brand new,no response from the company we have lots of pictures that have been submitted to the company unfortunately they don’t upload here

Tv unit and sideboard definitely not close to been grey. It doesn’t look like wood more molded . For the price I expected to look like proper wood!

Looks great, perfect for where we want it, but one of the shelves doesn't sit properly and there is a gap in a door join. Not great construction.

Table is beautiful. But Delivery men made a fuss of carrying up stairs & didn’t put in required room , despite making aware on 2 separate occasions of property type.

Great price and like that the kitchen bar stools aren’t flat packed. Unfortunately one of them arrived damaged and I haven’t received the replacement yet. However there was no quibble with customer services over replacing so that bodes well!

I received a coffee table that was damaged so contacted Top furniture about this. They offered me some money off which I accepted. Other than that everything went ok. Beautiful table, just a shame not perfect condition.

Order 2 over 2 drawers x 2 sets One set great one set damaged. Informed top furniture within an hour of delivery. Offered discount and some touch up paint which I refused. Was told that replacement and collection will be arrange but likely after Christmas. Still waiting for replacement date
