Terrible service. The chair was not good quality, I sent an email, complained, took a video and sent it but still I’m waiting for a response. Absolutely terrible. The chair was nearly £200. Really bad service

Furniture not as described, the seats are not Leather, they are bonded leather, so scraps glued together. Would never have considered this if the advertising was correct.

Furniture itself is fine but service totally unacceptable and we won’t be back. A £6000 order dumped in our house with no assembly option offered. Table far too heavy for a senior citizen to assemble so had to pay someone to come and do this for us. I repeat - a £6000 order!! AND PLEASE DON’T BLAME COVID for this unacceptable service.

After waiting 13 weeks it arrived unpacked it to find that it was awful, screw marks on holes splits in the wood blue dye dirty handprints broken hinge, top part of wardrobes had bellied out so not straight at all made from hardboard not oak ,it is up for a refund and I am waiting for a date for this to be collected as I can’t use my room nmm

Fairly nice furniture, but, cash 3 weeks ahead of delivery, and the most appalling delivery service I have ever encountered. My recommendation would be to anyone thinking of buying from this company is go elsewhere

Was disappointed to discover that I had to fully assemble the new bed myself. Delivery drivers dumped a large chest of drawers and a double bed in my hallway and told me that because a driver had twisted his ankle once then they were not allowed to carry the items upstairs!!!!

To be honest we're very disappointed about the quality of the furniture. We were expected a bit more for the money that we paid. Looks nice but that's it! I think you need to upgrade the standards because it's a bit poor. Even the drawers got no rails and moving up and down, left-right. The whole thing feels cheap even if it was expensive.

Gave this company the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience with them previously. Ordered from them again, waited a long time for them to email me with delivery date (around 2 months). Unfortunately I was not able to be home on the date they gave me because of personal reasons so I called to rearrange. I was informed that this was the only date and that I would have to pay £50 for another date ... I requested a refund, a long wait for nothing, very poorly run business and a very bad mannered, abrupt woman on the phone. Certainly learnt my lesson and will not be shopping here again. I feel this review may bot be shared with others.

The hutch was a different colour to the dresser at the bottom. They send they would send a colour chart for comparison but this never arrived after 2 phone calls (what a surprise)

Awful customer service. We ordered two bedside tables which did not match their online description at all. Called customer service and spoke with Erin who confirmed that we could return the items to the Dartford store free of charge and on a weekend. However, we were then simply shunned and refused a refund at the Dartford store and was told that “Erin is a new joiner and got it wrong” and that instead we had to pay £30 for collection of the items that did not match their description. Terrible customer service. Would never order again nor recommend.

The furniture arrived with dents, chips and the base for the wardrobe was split. This was after being told the wardrobe would arrive in April and only arriving in June, when I asked why wasn’t informed about the delay was told it was impossible to keep me informed

Products are fine customer relationships are curt with an intransigent attitude. Please pay particular attention to t&c because if you have been made to wait a significant amount of time for what you have paid for and you happen to be working or on holiday there is a £30 additional charge.

Furniture (part oak part cream painted, dining table and chairs) ordered online and delivered during lockdown. First glance it looks OK but is not robust - the oak (? Veneer ?) Seems very soft for oak and a gentle knock of a chair leg chipped the table legs. Worse the paint at the bottom of 2 chairs is flaking for no apparent reason. Customer services said this was normal 'wear and tear' after only 5 months! They sent paint to touch up. Think we will need a bucket of paint. Don't buy if you have children or actually want to sit at the table to eat

Very disappointing customer service: I ordered two benches for my kitchen in January as they were listed on the website as in stock, I got an email saying they would not arrive till mid March. The payment was however taken immediately. By mid March then they still hadn't arrived and I'd had no word from them! - they finally got delivered this week (late April). The benches are sturdy and well made but I mistalkenly ordered one red topped one and one brown topped one. I asked if I could swap the top of one (so they both match) but was informed that as I had assembled them it could not be returned or exchanged. I therefore asked if I could buy an additional bench at a discounted price. But was told no - I would have to pay full price. I have now bought an extra bench and will try and find a use for the non matching one elsewhere in my house, not an ideal outcome!

Started off great, bed, double wardrobe, drawers all perfect and lovely, however when it got to the triple wardrobe...it all went downhill for me. I spent over £2500 on bedroom furniture only to notice a couple of paint defects (clearly done whilst in manufacture) after I had assembled the wardrobe and unfortunately the defect was on the final piece of the build. a few emails later and basically the best they could offer me was 85 off and touch up paint for a defect the size of a 2p piece on the top piece of the wardrobe.I even offered to pay towards resolving the issue if that’s what it would take as I would like it to all be perfect which is now not going to happen without spending 850 on a new wardrobe. A lovely set ruined by this. Unsure to what the 12 month guarantee covers if this defect isn’t workmanship!  I’d spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
