Don’t know about furniture yet as I haven’t opened yet. Delivery was arranged with me over the phone for Friday 30/07. I arranged for someone to be there as I was was away. On Wednesday courier firm text me if they could leave it Thursday morning. I did not see this message as I was travelling. The courier simply left delivery on my doorstep at 8.10 am on Thursday leaving me a text. I was unable to get a friend to go to my house and take delivery indoors until the Thursday evening. When I get home I will let you know if there is anything missing or any damage.

Toulouse Tv cabinet received damaged with pieces of wood missing and marks on it with a red stamp on it. Was told this is a man made and is to be expected and they stamp all of their furniture. Eventually spoke to someone else had an apology and collection. Really stressful experience and will not order through these again.

Trying to tell me a rocker chair I have had for 6 months makes the noise it’s making strange that because when you sit on it in the store it doesn’t do it but know it dose and it’s tough five thousand pounds is a lot of money to be told that’s what it does so no I would not get another off them lesson learned

Ordered 3 items. First one we opened was badly damaged so left the other 2 boxes unopened - I have to pay £30 return fee for the unopened boxes even though they have to come to collect the faulty item. They won't place all goods in the room of your choice. So they put the bedside cabinet boxes upstairs but not the chest of drawers! In other words they do the easy stuff. I say steer clear of this company - other reviews seem good but for me this has been a bad experience from start to not yet finished! I am still awaiting collection of the goods and a refund

My order was made in April and was originally due for delivery in June but was postponed until September. Once it arrived, we found three different batch numbers in the two boxes we opened, there were six boxes, each containing two dining chairs, and no two were alike. They were different in size, colour and stitch detail. I could not possibly have twelve different chairs so decided to send them all back. The customer service however was excellent with immediate responses, just a shame that the product was sub par.

Received 6 dining chairs, one has wonky leg and the other is dirty in several places and also has a small burn in the centre of the seat. I called straight away after delivery and was told to email in photos. I did that and then chased twice, it’s been almost a week and I haven’t had a reply. Really poor customer services!!!!!

Would not take boxes upstairs. They said it’s to heavy. How do we manage being pensioners. Also did not know it was self assembly. If we knew would not have ordered

Ordered a large oak sideboard and an oak lamp table. The lamp table was fine but the oak sideboard does have a defect as one of the legs is 1.5cm above the floor. Have sent an email to support @topfurniture.....but no response to date. Avoid....

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Looking into this matter further, I can see that you did email support@topfurniture.co.uk on Sat 30/07/2022 at 4:35 pm. Unfortunately, our customer service department is closed during weekends, hence no reply as of yet. However, rest assured you will get a reply on Monday after 9 am. During business hours when the department is open, all emails are responded to the very same day and we pride ourselves on this fact. Looking into the email you sent to our customer service department, I can see that the gap is affecting the centre support leg. You should be able to see at the bottom of the leg a black stud. If you rotate this black stud, which is designed to be adjustable on the centre support leg, the black stud will then meet to touch the floor. We have just had a loft conversion done and decided to splash out on some expensive furniture, so we ordered a side unit and a wardrobe (£1800 in total). There were several issues we encountered: 1. On the website it's advertised that the furniture can be taken to any room in the house, sales assured us this was the case, both our sets of stairs were wide enough to accommodate the delivery but customer support phoned and said it's not on the website and they won't be doing this. 2. Delivery arrived, the fixings from the wardrobe are missing, I contact support and they arrange to have them delivered. 3. The fixing arrive the next day but are missing the handles, I speak to support again who assure me they will be sent out correctly this time. 4. Several days later the handles arrive, they are supplied with the incorrect screws in that the length is too small fortunately we have some builders on site who have the correct length screws. 5. After finally attaching the screws we discover that one of the wardrobe doors doesn't actually close. So what was meant to be a nice treat for us has turned into a complete nightmare, we've also had some terrible news to deal with during this period and this extra overhead hasn't helped at all. Despite the furniture being very nice, I couldn't possibly recommend this company to anyone. I hope you can address this feedback for any future customers.

I have ordered bench on 22nd March 2022 with express delivery paying extra £10/= and still I’m waiting for my delivery and I called three times to sales team and they promised me that they will get back to me with update from 25th March but until today I didn’t hear from them. Today 2 of sales persons says that they will get back to me with a update before 5p.m. And I was calling them after 5p.m again and no one pick-up my call. Really disappointed about all their service and this is the first time I ordered from this company and if anyone wanna buy pls check reviews and order.

Terrible customer service. Furniture developed faults after 14 months. Screws were pushing through the tops. The tops were melting. A table lamp is stuck tight as it has melted into the top. This company blamed my cleaning. Took no responsibility whatsoever. Refused to come and look. This happened to 4 different pieces of furniture all from the same range. Wouldn’t recommend this company. I will be reporting to trading standards.
