“We purchased the toulouse white range. The furniture looks lovely and is well made. We looked at the measurements prior to ordering and they seemed an equivalent size to what we currently had but unfortunately it is all frame and the drawers are tiny! Very shallow and not very wide. I would not recommend this range if you needed draw space like we did! The drawers even have a wooden notch in the middle of each drawer stopping you from putting any larger items into them!”

“Received the three drawer oak farmhouse console table from top furniture yesterday. It is an attractive piece of furniture with a nice chunky design. However top furniture need to improve their quality control as my unit had quite a lot of small chips & one big chunk missing from back of one of the drawers which luckily is not on show. Glad I purchased in sale as would have returned otherwise. Packing was damaged on arrival but delivery drivers do not have time for you to check item. Customer services good but unfortunately I have been put off from ordering further items in the future.”

“Ordering and delivery good, however quality control of the carver chairs was poor, there were areas not treated with oil leaving bare wood, easily fixed but should not happen”

“Plus Product just delivered and seems very good quality. Cons Was hard work getting it delivered. Very few options for delivery and if you can't be at home for the first offer the attitude seems to be you are being difficult.”

“The storage bench is solid and well made. Unfortunately it would have looked much better if the person who assembled it had reversed the front and back battens on the top. As I have worked with wood for most of my life I appreciate that Knots are part of the timber but the front batten has a particularly ugly knot in it. The assembler could easily have reversed the two battens which would give the unit a more pleasing finish.”

“Good service from Top Furniture as it arrived sooner than expected. Nice looking piece of furniture but not advisable for a children's room. The paint finish is very matt and is very susceptible to being marked - even with just a photo frame or light ornament put on it. I have hardly had it any time but it just marks so easily. Some marks come off with a gentle rub but I am afraid of spoiling the very delicate paint finish. Would really appreciate being sent some touch up paint for any chips that might occur.”

“This came very well protected and was just the right size, very well made. Upset the delivery driver just dumped it and left saying (if anything is wrong phone up) so we had to unpack it and examine for any defects, which would have created a long time for collection, plus trying to prove it came like that, not happy”

“We ordered 2 small tables and a TV stand . The tables were of good quality but the TV stand had 4 large holes around the back of the unit- we complained and was sent a replacement with the exact same damage... The only solution was to accept a reduction in price .... Such a shame as we were really pleased with the tables.”

“Our experience in the warehouse was very good. A very helpful salesperson and we bought 7 chairs, a carver and a dining table. We were very satisfied with this process. The delivery process was good too, the table and chairs being delivered at the right time and good deliverymen. However - what a shame - one chair missing and no legs for the table! We are expecting these to be delivered this week. The delivery really should have been checked before it was sent out.”

“Questioned placing my order as the videos showed wobbly tables. Saw it a feax-pas to video unfolding table without first securing the table legs. Table supply fine - order and delivery great. Overall - let down by the manufacture. Very different character wood used for the middle (bit that unfolds) as the sides (which are very compatible).”
