“Love the product but customer service could improve. When original delivery date came and went, we had to call up to find out update then again when the updated delivery day came and still no table we had to call again to find out what was happening. We didn’t mind about the extended wait but a courtesy call or email telling us delivery date being later would have made a big difference.”

“The table is excellent quality BUT it is not really big enough for my needs. This is obviously mainly/partly my fault - I lack spatial awareness so I phoned up and was told it was big enough for two people to dine. In fact it is too small for all but one person. I did not open it for a few days as I had to wait for my grandson to visit but I am left disappointed. It also arrived just before 6am - the driver did text the night before and I agreed to it - so again my responsibility, but it was very early for an elderly person - or anyone!!”

“Furniture is gorgeous and arrived quickly. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I couldn’t change the delivery date which was very inconvenient. Apparently you could request what day in the notes section upon checkout. Even then I wouldn’t have known my day off as I work retail and it changes. I then had to inconvenience someone to stay at my house to wait for my delivery or the other option was to pay £30 to change the delivery.”

“Expensive MDF furniture in reality with veneered oak not solid oak as expected from descriptions and prices. Well made quality MDF furniture though.”

“The furniture is great, can't fault it really. However the delivery is terrible! At no point was I told it wouldn't be brought to the bedroom, so I was home alone when I had 10 boxes delivered to my house and dumped outside the front door as they refused to bring them in. Absolutely terrible customer service.”

“Disappointed When I noticed The exact same cabinet in oak furniture land sale for £449 instead of £600 . So was not pleased. Will definitely shop around next time. Will not be ordering again.”

“Furniture is very nice but Shipping to Isle of Wight very expensive and had no notice of delivery! Courier just turned up. We were not prepared and could not unpack. Customer service uninterested”

“Your computer system is Poor I ordered my Chest of draws online It took a few times going round and round what seemed to be the same process but eventually I was told that my account was set up but my order was cancelled I don’t know why but I checked my online bank account to find that the order had been processed to my bank twice even though I never ordered it twice, so I had 2 pending payments of £499.99 as did a cancelled order. I had to wait to re-order it when those 2 pending payments disappeared I then ordered by phone but delivery became an issue because it weighed 74kg and due to Covid restrictions the delivery could only be delivered to my hall not my bedroom So lovely 7 draw chest but ordering and delivery were poor”

“The Oak Table I bought from Top Furniture was delivered safely and on time by very courteous guys. The table is well made and was easy to assemble. I wish the table was more obviously Oak as it has very little grain typical of Oak - it is more straight grained and looks more like beech or pine.”

“Been let down on our TV Cabinet, still no date should of had for Chtistmas. Furniture is well packed but expensive for a lot of painted MDF and wood. Looks ok though.”

“Furniture is great however the delivery driver really ruined things. Was rude and abrupt on the phone and then left a massive furniture delivery outside my front door and drove off. Phoned me to tell me so. I couldn’t believe it!”
