“Our experience in the warehouse was very good. A very helpful salesperson and we bought 7 chairs, a carver and a dining table. We were very satisfied with this process. The delivery process was good too, the table and chairs being delivered at the right time and good deliverymen. However - what a shame - one chair missing and no legs for the table! We are expecting these to be delivered this week. The delivery really should have been checked before it was sent out.”

“80cm square table oiled european oak delivery process timely ,table very nice wood ,extensions match well enough seems good quality for the price ,only has light oil applied so recommend getting some in advance because you may be alarmed the first time you wipe it and it lifts off unevenly raising the grain of the wood .I used ronseal clear worktop oil which is fine nice item”

“Quality was very good but had a major problem with the delivery people the van spilled a large amount of diesel on our block paving which is brand new,no response from the company we have lots of pictures that have been submitted to the company unfortunately they don’t upload here”

“I never write reviews but your company so deserves one. I bought the Toulouse double wardrobe and then a chest of drawers to match. The furniture is beautiful and of excellent quality. I researched endlessly to find something as good and at such a reasonable price. A big shout out to all of your staff who were all so very helpful and, did exactly what they said they would and when they would. The delivery people were also extremely helpful and polite and very professional and bang on time. Please do not hesitate to use this company as not only is the furniture beautiful but, their customer service is is probably the best I've ever experienced.”

“Easy ordering, quick delivery although delivery men were not happy there was one flight of stairs involved. This question was never asked & it’s clear it’s flats from the postcode & one set of stairs is hardly a hardship however they were difficult about it. Puts me off ordering again. Furniture itself is nice enough, not amazing but fine.”

“The tall oak bar stools are extremely well made and very sturdy and heavy. It would be very hard to accidentally tip them over. We put felt pads on the bottom of the legs as they'd be hard to move otherwise (they can be slid on a hard floor with the furniture felt pads). Came by Parcel Force rather than the company's own transport (as the website states) - maybe because we live in a remote area - within a few days, and were probably the best wrapped parcels we have ever received. It took 40 minutes to unwrap each one! Only slight criticism is the colour - in the photos on the website they appear to be a 'natura'l oak colour, but they are quite 'orange' in real life, and will no doubt become more 'orange' as the wood ages. Not the best varnish for the manufacturers to have used - I guess we could sandpaper it off and revarnish with a clear lacquer, but it would be a lot of work.”

“Delivery men on time of 7am, very polite but said could not take wardrobe up stairs . One box was 30kg, other box 70kg . Really heavy to carry upstairs with my slight 45kg daughter. Took 3 hours to put together as only one or 2 or the 28 hexagonal head screws would tighten fully with Allan key. Ended up have to drill all the holes deeper with a drill. Never had to do this when putting together flat pack furniture in the past . Looks nice now together but would not buy again . Don’t expect to pay £700 for wardrobe and have to start drilling it!”

“Well packed and delivered right on time. The front is excellent but the back is poorly made with uneven cutting and chips out of the base where the back joins the bottom . Not as good quality as I hoped .Having said that it looks nice and appears sturdy .”
