Easy ordering, quick delivery although delivery men were not happy there was one flight of stairs involved. This question was never asked & it’s clear it’s flats from the postcode & one set of stairs is hardly a hardship however they were difficult about it. Puts me off ordering again. Furniture itself is nice enough, not amazing but fine.
