“Good quality bench. Was supposed to be a ex display but came as good as new. I expected it to be constructed but I had to put it together myself. It didn't take long. Overall value for money and good service”

“Ordering online a good experience, with order acknowledgement and delivery excellent. We had two items to assemble, with the wardrobe by fair the most time consuming. The back of this was bowed (see photo) but we managed to correct this with a screw. Bedroom furniture looks good, some small gaps in paintwork however and we would have liked a top to the wardrobe.”

“Purchased the Lichfield oak table and the Victoria dining chairs. These are absolutely fabulous, fantastic quality and look terrific. They were delivered quickly and really well packaged ensuring they would not sustain any damage during shipment. I was able to purchase 3 chairs whilst most companies sell either 2 or 4. I definitely recommend Top Furniture.”

“The products were of very high quality-the colour differs slightly but not too much-we understand that they are wood so there will be differences The wait for products was quite long but we were kept up to date with the delivery”

“I found To Furniture very good my daughter placed the order for a carver chair. I now find I need a chair with arms to help stand up. The response was excellent giving time between 8 am - 11 am and date for delivery. There was a hiccup on delivery which was a shame. We waited but no-one came. About 1. 30pm I opened our back door to go into garden and there was the chair all wrapped up on the patio. I couldn’t believe anyone would by pass the front of our detached home go to the back garden to deliver and not come to the door. We later learnt our door bell was at fault but we have a large porch. Then my daughter who had by then returned home to Copenhagen called and we gave her the news. She it seems had instructed when ordering if ‘no one was at home leave it around the back of the house (we would never do that). The events were resolved. The chair is very nice matches in well with our dining furniture. Thank you. I would suggest if you could instruct your driver to put a delivery note through the letterbox for safety. If it had rained it could have been a different story also we would have been aware much sooner of delivery. No idea on delivery or time.”
