We have just had a loft conversion done and decided to splash out on some expensive furniture, so we ordered a side unit and a wardrobe (£1800 in total). There were several issues we encountered: 1. On the website it's advertised that the furniture can be taken to any room in the house, sales assured us this was the case, both our sets of stairs were wide enough to accommodate the delivery but customer support phoned and said it's not on the website and they won't be doing this. 2. Delivery arrived, the fixings from the wardrobe are missing, I contact support and they arrange to have them delivered. 3. The fixing arrive the next day but are missing the handles, I speak to support again who assure me they will be sent out correctly this time. 4. Several days later the handles arrive, they are supplied with the incorrect screws in that the length is too small fortunately we have some builders on site who have the correct length screws. 5. After finally attaching the screws we discover that one of the wardrobe doors doesn't actually close. So what was meant to be a nice treat for us has turned into a complete nightmare, we've also had some terrible news to deal with during this period and this extra overhead hasn't helped at all. Despite the furniture being very nice, I couldn't possibly recommend this company to anyone. I hope you can address this feedback for any future customers.

I have ordered bench on 22nd March 2022 with express delivery paying extra £10/= and still I’m waiting for my delivery and I called three times to sales team and they promised me that they will get back to me with update from 25th March but until today I didn’t hear from them. Today 2 of sales persons says that they will get back to me with a update before 5p.m. And I was calling them after 5p.m again and no one pick-up my call. Really disappointed about all their service and this is the first time I ordered from this company and if anyone wanna buy pls check reviews and order.

Terrible customer service. Furniture developed faults after 14 months. Screws were pushing through the tops. The tops were melting. A table lamp is stuck tight as it has melted into the top. This company blamed my cleaning. Took no responsibility whatsoever. Refused to come and look. This happened to 4 different pieces of furniture all from the same range. Wouldn’t recommend this company. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Having seen the item beforehand, ordered an ‘oak’ bar stool. The stool that has arrived is DARK ORANGE, resembling old pine rather than oak. Customer Services claim it is a natural shade. I’ve never seen any oak of this colour before. Will NOT purchase anything further or recommend this company at all, totally unsatisfactory.

Terrible service. The chair was not good quality, I sent an email, complained, took a video and sent it but still I’m waiting for a response. Absolutely terrible. The chair was nearly £200. Really bad service

Furniture not as described, the seats are not Leather, they are bonded leather, so scraps glued together. Would never have considered this if the advertising was correct.

Furniture itself is fine but service totally unacceptable and we won’t be back. A £6000 order dumped in our house with no assembly option offered. Table far too heavy for a senior citizen to assemble so had to pay someone to come and do this for us. I repeat - a £6000 order!! AND PLEASE DON’T BLAME COVID for this unacceptable service.

After waiting 13 weeks it arrived unpacked it to find that it was awful, screw marks on holes splits in the wood blue dye dirty handprints broken hinge, top part of wardrobes had bellied out so not straight at all made from hardboard not oak ,it is up for a refund and I am waiting for a date for this to be collected as I can’t use my room nmm

Fairly nice furniture, but, cash 3 weeks ahead of delivery, and the most appalling delivery service I have ever encountered. My recommendation would be to anyone thinking of buying from this company is go elsewhere

Was disappointed to discover that I had to fully assemble the new bed myself. Delivery drivers dumped a large chest of drawers and a double bed in my hallway and told me that because a driver had twisted his ankle once then they were not allowed to carry the items upstairs!!!!

To be honest we're very disappointed about the quality of the furniture. We were expected a bit more for the money that we paid. Looks nice but that's it! I think you need to upgrade the standards because it's a bit poor. Even the drawers got no rails and moving up and down, left-right. The whole thing feels cheap even if it was expensive.

Gave this company the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience with them previously. Ordered from them again, waited a long time for them to email me with delivery date (around 2 months). Unfortunately I was not able to be home on the date they gave me because of personal reasons so I called to rearrange. I was informed that this was the only date and that I would have to pay £50 for another date ... I requested a refund, a long wait for nothing, very poorly run business and a very bad mannered, abrupt woman on the phone. Certainly learnt my lesson and will not be shopping here again. I feel this review may bot be shared with others.

The hutch was a different colour to the dresser at the bottom. They send they would send a colour chart for comparison but this never arrived after 2 phone calls (what a surprise)

Awful customer service. We ordered two bedside tables which did not match their online description at all. Called customer service and spoke with Erin who confirmed that we could return the items to the Dartford store free of charge and on a weekend. However, we were then simply shunned and refused a refund at the Dartford store and was told that “Erin is a new joiner and got it wrong” and that instead we had to pay £30 for collection of the items that did not match their description. Terrible customer service. Would never order again nor recommend.

The furniture arrived with dents, chips and the base for the wardrobe was split. This was after being told the wardrobe would arrive in April and only arriving in June, when I asked why wasn’t informed about the delay was told it was impossible to keep me informed
