I had good responses from customer service when I phoned but for some reason it took 3 days to pick my order despite being told it would be the next day. Otherwise price good product delivered in good condition and works great

Happy with the product and Tooled-up but not with the with delivery service DHL. It wasn't delivered at the time specified, DHL didn't follow instructions of where to deliver/leave it and the box the product was delivered in was really badly damaged, with the item hanging out of the top. Luckly the product did work. Hoping no long term lasting damage done to the item. I'm just disappointed by the delivery.

Noticed address on confirmation was not complete, so telephoned and assured full address would be given to courier. Information was not given to driver and could not deliver. Disappointed as had to wait in a second day. Product was as described and pleased with it.

Decent products at a good price, but one star off for using 'UK Mail' for deliveries - they are bottom of the heap for couriers, depots in the middle of nowhere, no contact prior to delivery to allow redirection.

Brought the item which was itself good and well packed but rather disappointed about delivery time. The sale info did say up to six days but also said it was shipped by 24hour courier. I was hoping to get the item 24 - 48 hrs. The item took six days and having contacted customer services it transpires that tooled-up are taking a long while to get packed and sent and I'm paying premium delivery to mitigate a slow start.........

Supposed to have been delivered a week ago. Only after calling twice, did I finally get my item sent. To be fair the item in stock was damaged, but it should bot have taken 2 calls to get it sorted.

I ordered a lawnmower online from Tooled-Up where their website clearly said order on Friday for delivery on Saturday. I ordered mine on a Thursday, clearly well ahead of the deadline. It arrived in a battered box the following Tuesday. Very disappointed.

I have dealt with Tooled-Up now on a couple of occasions. The first time the order was executed promptly hence I chose Tooled-Up as my first choice when I decided to buy a pressure washer. My initial contact was by E Mail asking a question, for which I received a short reply from ‘Rosie Spray’, merely saying the item would not do what I wanted and work from a storage container (although the technical info from Bosch indicated it would). However not to be beaten I called the Tooled-Up sales office and received excellent service, prompting me to look at an alternative model, which I duly ordered on line. I opted for a delivery day, and waited in all day, sadly it did not materialise, but DHL attempted to deliver the next morning having texted me whilst I was away from home, and left a message to say they could not leave my parcel because I needed to sign for it. I am hoping it will now be delivered on Wednesday next week which is the only day that I can ensure I am at home all day. Overall disappointed but hopefully I will forget the experience when I receive my order. Regards Richard Ball

Putting it together is most definitely a two person job, and more than the tools shown in diagram. But once up served its purpose.

Internet ordering was a nightmare. So I was very surprised to receive a prompt delivery as I was under the impression my order had not gone through.

Great price and service however 2 of 4 items arrived promptly and the other 2 will arrive within 7 days hopefully. Communication was good and delivery of stocked items was excellent but the delay has cost me.

Regrettably, my experience was not as good as I had hoped. I have returned the item costing me £13.14 in postage as the item was not fit for purpose.

I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your order. I have looked into this and I can see that you ordered a Body Only Drill Driver for which you would have selected No Batteries & No Charger from the selection menu and this would have been confirmed at checkout. I can confirm that our body only machines are designed for people who already have other machines in the range and may not require more batteries and chargers as they can use the ones they already have. As for the cost of return, a 2nd class Royal Mail tracked service should have only cost £6.95 or as recommended in our returns policy Parcel2go offer a carrier return service from as little as £3.78 for a medium parcel Kind Regards Tooled-Up

The picture in the ad showed a Starrett 51mm hole saw so that is what I thought I was ordering however when it arrived it was a 46mm! A bit confusing when you are trying to order something quickly amid all the other admin stuff we have to do here. It is a very nice 46mm cutter though. Just need some use for 46mm holes and all will be 5 star!.

Ordering is very easy and delivery is good, but on-line or email customer service is non-existent!!! I cannot get a reply from them from any emails I have sent.

My delivery was a day late. I was able to communicate through the message service regarding delivery but was not able to speak to anyone directly. It was all choices 1,2 or 3 all guiding you to go on line to sort your problem out yourself. I haven’t opened the parcel yet. It is a xmas present for my husband.

Very helpful phone ordering quick delivery. But. was a Christmas gift which arrived in its original packaging. Oops no secrets now!!!!!!!!! Disappointed Mrs Christmas.

After spending an hour trying to assemble my leaf blower, I finally thought I had succeeded and went to try it but it refused to start. Yes I had the battery fully charged ! I realise this is not your fault but I’m stuck with a leaf blower that is going nowhere.
