“Surprisingly, I do not recall getting a warning of delivery, but it was prompt enough. However the package was split open on delivery, although the contents were intact. Normally I receive much better service fro Tooled Up!”

“Ordering was very easy. Item arrived on schedule. Sadly, the box was damaged and it had clearly been opened and re-sealed. The Einhell strimmer is excellent for our needs but the bump feed is hit and miss.”

“products great, well there were only drill bits, but why send them out in 2 packets only a couple of days apart. wasted postage and totally over packeged. over sized heavy thick cardboard. you could save a fortune on packaging”

“The items were delivered in a presentation box totally unsuitable for carrier delivery and additional items added which overloaded the box causing it to burst open The delivery was 2 hours earlier than the window and left in insecure position and recorded that I had received it personally when I was not at home”

“Happy with the product ordered, however the order / delivery communication was not clear. The delivery date at point of order stated next day, but it took 5 days. Order tracking didn't work. Royal Mail did not communicate regarding delivery time or date. The parcel was left on my doorstep without my concent. Nobody was at my property for 3 days, luckily it was still on my return”

“Tooled-Up good reliable business but they require you to be in to recieve goods. DHL gave two delivery days which they did not turn up . It was delivered on the third day !! Would not buy from this company again if they use DHL.”

“I am very pleased with my Bosch garden pump but it's delivery was very bad. Did not arrive on stated day so had to take another morning off so that I could sign for it. The DHL tracking system (link supplied by Tooled-up) just didn't work.”

“Generally it’s fine, only issues are no response from the customer service team and the delivery carrier is poor. The delivery date was 2 days earlier than expected, I have rearranged the delivery date, but the carrier didn’t follow. The carrier left the item at the front door insecure when I was away.”

“Purchased an Einhell GE-CM 43 Li M cordless lawnmower which I received 1/7/2024. The box containing the lawn mower had obviously been pre opened and poorly resealed, the box was filthy and well knocked about. On unboxing and assembling everything seemed fine. However I was rather concerned when getting details of the machine to register it for warranty that it was manufactured in September 2021 (approx 3 years previous). I have used the machine twice and up to now appears OK, so having registered the machine on line with Einhell it is covered by their warranty and I'll keep my fingers crossed. I will however think twice before ordering from Tool-Up in the future.”

“I ordered 2 items: A lawn mower and a Hozelock non return valve. The mower was delivered promptly the next day. I assumed that the reason for only one item being delivered was the disparity in size (both items were shown as available on the web site). However after the smaller item had still failed to arrive a number of days afterwards, I telephoned Tooled-Up and was informed by a very pleasant and helpful person that stock was awaited. I have no problem with this, but it would have been helpful to have been informed of this at the outset rather than me having to activly find out. This niggle will not prevent me from ordering from Tooled-Up in the future.”

“Good day.I ordered Karcher puzzi 10/1.It was stated that there will be a brush as a gift.It was not in the box.The second order I ordered kherherher chemistry.The parcel came all wet.I opened it and there is half a bottle of liquid left.So I can not give you a good assessment on my experience.”

“Great price but poor delivery updates! After 3 days waiting for info I called & was told "No stock" and that delivery of new stock expected next day. Then out of the blue on the same day that I called it's been picked, packed & shipped - pretty clever for no stock! Dissappointing that I had to call at all let alone get incorrect stock info. I may not use in the future because of this :-(”
