Arrived very quickly the box was a bit bashed up was a bit disappointed at that as is for a present . As it's not for me I can't give a review on the tool

Received a festool guide rail which was clearly damaged in transit but tooled up replaced with no arguments...very happy

Slow for a tool company - it takes a week to receive your order. No good if you are in hurry to finish a job. Communications are a bit over the top - I don’t need a blow by blow account how my order is being processed - just need it to be quicker.

I have used Tooled-Up for a few purchases. A set of Black and Decker hedge trimmers that failed within a single use, past the 30-days, so had to be sent to Black and Decker, which had to be arranged via an authorised dealer and not this seller. Not really the seller's fault, but a pain that I couldn't return to them easily. More recently, I ordered a Makita item but after a few days I spotted on my bank app, a partial refund. I don't recall seeing an email about why, but did see emails about the blades being despatched. I went onto the site and looked at my orders, it was "open". I assumed the worst and reordered from somewhere else. It was cheaper, too, though I had now wasted a weekend. As such, I think this seller is just okay. I expect the pandemic isn't helping.

The click and collect process is convoluted. Had I known that if I ordered early Saturday morning that I couldn't collect until late Monday afternoon I would have ordered elsewhere. I arrived 30mins before closing and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The price was great but that was the only +ve

Good customer service and fast response.. although I would prefer a tracked delivery service - even with royal mail things go missing. The parcel had fallen down the side of the van, so it was only located when I asked the postman to take a look if there was a parcel for me.

Goods arrived today a little later than expected and as there was no battery with the item i cannot comment on its performance. It was packed securely and looks ok.

The order process was very smooth but the product arrived in a very "battered state of packaging and I can only hope that it works because the way it has been handled by the courier is a disgrace.

Maybe I was unlucky but it well went badly wrong. Took a month for the Black and Decker grass trimmer to arrive. When it did it spooled line uncontrollably. Tooled up promptly sent out another spool free of charge with the same result. The trimmer was returned and I was refunded. Tooled up always answered the phone promptly, were helpful, did what they promised, and kept me informed. The problem was the Black and Decker trimmer rather than Tooled Up. Would probably try them again- but not to buy Black and Decker- and will ring them up to get a delivery date before purchasing.

It was annoying not to be able to check out as a guest and be forced to create an account. The payment procedure was also painful. When most sights ask for a 16 digit card number they either have a 4x4 digit entry or they split the 16 digit into its 4 sets of 4 digits if that’s what is required. Instead I got a message saying the number was not in a valid range. Really not helpful and I eventually guessed it needed the spaces. Other than that the experience was fine. I got what I ordered quicker than quoted.

Received my order promptly, the box was badly damaged, i didnt buy it ti get a new box, but for that price i would of expected it to be in new condition and bit battered,

I bought a Bosch garden tool. Delivery was quick however the seal was broken when I received it. Any reason why?

You did OK but the item is unusable for what I ordered. My garden is 60ft wide and this gadget covers 3m-6m at most and not 8-18m advertised on the box.

The Bosch advanced cut was delivered super fast. Unfortunately the guide rail adapter was missing from the box. I telephoned the company straight away and got through to customer services very quickly. Spoke to Dave and he said he would look into it and get back to me in 15 minutes. I waited an hour and telephoned back and spoke to Alice who told me Dave had gone home, so I told her the problem and she said she would look into and telephone me back in 30 minutes.waited another hour and telephoned again. Spoke to someone else and she said she would get Alice to telephone me back. Waited another hour and finally got an answer. Apparently none of the Bosch boxes contained a guide rail adapter. She said that they would get in touch with Bosch and get a guide rail adapter and forward it onto me. So I am waiting for a result.
