I have received my order but when I tried to track it the number I gave was not recognised I also phoned yourselves three times and three times I was told my call could not be taken The main result was that I received my order. Thank you for your service

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and I can confirm that your order was shipped via Royal Mail First Class postal service. We do consider Royal Mail to be a trusted delivery service, with the majority of orders received by customers within a few working days of dispatch. However, a small percentage can take slightly longer. Unfortunately, this service is an untracked service and as like normal mail would be delivered by your local Royal Mail delivery office.

I bought a Black & Decker battery charger as mine had broken. The description and picture seemed to equate to the batteries I have, but didn't. I contacted customer services with my battery number, and was told that they had no charger for those batteries, and suggested I went to Black & Decker direct - no offer to allow me to return the charger I bought which is useless to me. That said, Black & Decker customer service was even worse, in that while they did not have the correct charger either, they redirected me via a link to Amazon which had the charger, but was on Amazon US so had american input voltage and plug, and didn't ship to UK. Probably all my own fault for buying a B&D power drill in the first place and expecting it to last.

Easy to use and find item, havent recieved the items yet so i cant tell if genuine parts, or like for like, or how good tbey are. Hence 3 on score

Easy to purchase & delivered when they said it would. Only gripe is poor packing. 2nd battery was stuffed poorly into box and taped. Surprised that the standard strimmer box was not packed within secondary packing.

The packaging was soaking wet at the bottom. Had obviously been left on a wet floor for some time. Also box had a "click and collect" sticker which would indicate a previous buyer. In other circumstances I would not have accepted the delivery.

It did not make me happy I ordered on the 7 /4 /2018 I was informed it was transported on the 11th .i got an email on the 17th informing me that the item had been delivered . I phoned you on the 17th stating the order had not been delivered your Rep; said he would chase up the courier to see where my order was . He was very helpful and said he would contact me when he knew the answer as to when I could expect to receive my order . Please ensure that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible

I can't fault the service as it was excellent. The items arrived the following day after I placed the order. My only negative comment would be that I was not provided with a VAT Invoice, I have had to email a request for one. My suggestion would be to either put a receipt/invoice in with the shipment or better still email an invoice or have the facility to download invoices within your account on the website. At present you can view your past orders but there is no facility for downloading the invoices for them. I would have given a higher rating if it were not for this issue.

Ordered item and requested Saturday delivery. Parents waited in all day Saturday, to find out that the couriers they use are Dpd. But dpd had a 24hr delay in deliveries. Which would have been good to know previous to the order being accepted for Saturday delivery. Item had to be left in a safe place when it was finally delivered on the Sunday. Contacted tooled-up to be informed Sunday is also an enhanced delivery fee. I wouldn't care about that if I had requested the Sunday delivery. So if want delivery maybe order it for delivery the day before and might have a hope of getting it when actually need it

Items as described, but delivery somewhat a farce! Given impression delivery was next day, but it wasn't and not only that it was dispatched in two consignments with different services, resulting in further delays and two different delivery locations.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you appear to have had difficulties in your delivery. However, upon investigation, it would appear that these delays were caused by your request to collect from a DPD collection point and to change the address of delivery whilst the parcel was in transit. Due to these requests, DPD was needed to relabel your parcels and reprocess your parcels in accordance with your request. This, in turn, caused a 24 - 48hour delay in the processing of your parcel. If there is anything else we can do to assist please contact our customer services team.

Ordered UP86 but was sent UPX82 [as printed on head] even though paperwork said UP86. Was informed would be delivered on the Tuesday but could change date if inconvenient. As I would not be in on the Tuesday I requested a Wednesday delivery. I received an email to confirm this was OK and item would be delivered Wednesday. When I arrived home on Tuesday evening I found item propped up against garage door.

Order was processed quickly however let down by using DPD as delivery company. They were very poor - we were supposed to get a 1 hour slot but they said it would be delivered between 6am - 10pm. When we checked online at 5.30pm their delivery screen showed the order had been refused although we had been in all day so no attempt had been made to delivery our package. Given that we'd paid around £10 for next day delivery on Friday and the parcel has not yet been delivered (Sunday night) we're not happy.

I saw no reason for TU to take card details online for a click and collect order which then causes delay at counter as card payment not collected and therefore payment at counter adds to delay. Please resolve inefficiency Thank you

I can confirm that we require card detail for click and collect orders as a means to validate the order and helps reduce the number of click and collect orders which are left unwanted and uncollected.

The product was purchased as 'brand new' & arrived in it's retail packaging as expected. However, the factory selotope had been retaped & 'Tooled-Up' brand tape was wrapped around the bottom of the box, which either, wrongly or rightly, leads me to think this is 'open box' stock?? Or perhaps they were trying to be diligent of transit risks? - either way, if your going to be giving this to someone as gift - it doesn't look good!...

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you are less than 100% satisfied with your order. We can confirm that all of our goods are brand new , in this case direct from the manufacturer and never Returns or Seconds etc. In this case the tape is cut to put the paperwork in the box. We have to cut a very delicate balance between over packing goods, which has a cost to us and more importantly the environment and under packing which leaves goods vulnerable to damage etc. Added to this is the possibility that the item is a gift at this time of year. In this case the item should have been resealed with clear tape however it seems in the pre Christmas rush our Warehouse Elf used tooled-up branded tape in error. We are sorry for the error and once again our apologies for any problems this has caused you. Dealt with purchase well in terms of website clarity, useful customer reviews. Severely let down by couriers DPD... poor and misleading communication from them. Unobtainable on phone... 30 mins in a queue without answer, had to do research to get phone no. (Not offered by DPD customer services. Purchased machine on Monday... still not received by Friday. Cannot review machine as haven't got it!!!!

Item supplied as expected. However, the delivery charges indicated on the link from Google shopping were far lower than the actual delivery charges, which was somewhat disappointing.

4xItems ordered -arrived next day – impressive. Then realised I had ordered wrong version by mistake, so filled out Return Form asking for replacement with 4x correct items (including Tooled-Up code numbers), and sent them back. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so phoned to be told refund was issued on 4 days after I sent the Return but no knowledge of replacement request! So ordered over phone there & then - and they arrived next day. Rating: 5-star for delivery & refund but 1-star for Returns Form which seems to be a waste of time = average 3-star.
