“You sell something and the parts missing what’s shown in the picture what you’re selling and then you say to me I’ll give you £5 back. What for I can’t use it. And then you send me an email saying we’ll collect it tomorrow. You don’t ask me if I’m going to be in or when is the best time for you so like I’ve sent you an email. No, I’m not gonna be in tomorrow because the item isn’t at my house.”

“The box was battered and had been opened presumably to retrieve the batteries as I had ordered bare lawnmower. No instructions included or guarantee documents. Plus points - delivered one day early and customer services promised to send paper instructions. Follow up: Printed instructions/guarantee docs. not received to-date 12-05-26”

“If you or they make a mistake in the order, dont hold your breath to get a resolution as customer services refuse to amswer emails. Worst customer services by a mile. Save money and effort - go elsewhere.”

“Absolutely appalling experience using this company. If you are looking for a quick delivery do not waste your time with tooled up. Just use amazon and get what ever your buying delivered on time every time with no fuss. A simple order but with great significance, I have still not received my parcel after arranging on Four separate occasions as per the couriers instructions to be at home. Customer services have been very average to poor with dealing with my purchase. Do not be fooled by "purchase before 3pm for a next day delivery". This is a case of over promising and under delivering.”

“Do not use DHL to deliver parcels. There is absolutely no need to have signed for delivery for something that costs £4.50. I am at work during the day. DHL did not put a card through the door saying they had tried to deliver the items. I had to wait 3 days before I could pick it up from the main DHL depot which is a shambles because the collection point has burnt down.”

“I ordered this 3 in one oil. Because your listing showed it in a metal tin . I got sent an awful plastic one instead . I contacted you about this , but no reply. Not very happy .don't advertise something you don't sell !”

“Im sorry to rate you so low. But I ordered a pair of 9.5mm sds masonry drill bits. After nearly a week I contacted you to find out there was a issue with your suppliers. Which was told in the phone conversation and that they would be despatched as soon as you recieved them. I recieved them another week later. This review is not on the drill bits but the lack of sevice i recieved. Please can you ensure other orders are made aware of any stock issues when they are placed please. Would of been 5 stars other than the fact i had to contact you!”

“Returned an EinHill hedgecutter as very noisy, returned in original packing as delivered, l have waited 2 weeks for refund on chasing them they say box has been damaged and they cannot resell they will return it at my expense ha ha. Under the distance buying regulations this is not correct why No communication to inform me. Complete lack of customer service once they have your money, beware of purchasing from them on line.
