“Cancelled order immediately after pressing by mistake and now have two as you wouldn't cancel saying it had been sent out. It can not be sent out in 1 minute.”

“Very badly described on ebay listing. The listing said 4 x wood drill bit. I only recieved 1. When I questioned this I was told 4 x is the speed of the bit. Not the the number of bits. I believe this is a con. Also. Tooled up keep calling me by my Mums name - they have clearly mixed up a previous order. Very poor. I won't be using the company again. The listing should make it clear 4x refers to the speed and not leave it to small print.”

“I bought a lawnmower and after its first use some part fell off i then called customer servies to report it and was told bring it back to store and we will issue refund .the next morning I went back to store mention what happened and store salesman called his manger to come and have a look he came he asked what's wrong then he aggressively pull the lawnmower out of the box then did not know how it works then kept moving it about left and right then start saying the lawnmower has not been used in grass it all scuffed and that he can not give refund then took machine outside turned it on all work fine then again aggressively flip it upside down then left right causing more scuff to unit I then asked why are u doing that to the unit he replied I have not done anything and just brushed me off like I'm no-one i find the customer support very unprofessional and will not purchase frome there again and manger very rude”

“For goodness sake STOP plaguing people with requests to tell you how well you’ve done. Do you have any idea how many of these time consuming and seriously tedious messages customers receive on an almost daily basis. I think at least 20% of my messages are of this sort.”

“I consider the eBay/tooled up online add to be totally misleading,firstly showing an image of a set of six drift punches at £10.95,I bought expecting the set which included a 4mm punch,I received only 1 3mm punch ,therefore I am very disappointed with my experience with Tooled up.”

“I ordered a garden strimmer and a hedge trimmer, hedge trimmer arrived but no grass trimmer, the delivery company said the box was damaged. The hedge trimmer had no battery or charger in the box. Tooled up said the charger and battery was in the strimmer box which wasn't delivered. Total joke. Tooled up said it would get delivered the next day, after waiting in all day nothing was delivered. All customer service says we are sorry. Biggest joke ever. Still not got my strimmer so I told them don't bother delivering and give me my money back. 2 waisted day waiting in for something that wasn't getting delivered”

“ordered a spray lance, received an email of order acceptance, it had the wrong delivery address, rang they changed it and sent emeil, received an order acceptance dhl, still with the wrong address, rang again was told this sometimes happens, it has happebned toher, she advised to ring DHL myself, you cannot get through with a call and their automated "help" service does not allow the delivery to be changed, nothing was done by tooled up becuase they tried to deliver to the wrong address again and now i can collect from Kidderminster!! Please credit my money. awaful customer service. y”

“Not good. Bosch 36V 4AH Battery and Charged arrived Dead on Arrival. Returns process was hard work. This was inconvenient and wastful of my work time. The product clearly was deffective. I had to place a second order for a replacement product, thus paying twice. Communication was not the best. I am presently waiting for an acknowledgement of their return and for a refund. I hope this does not turn into a credit card dispute. This is inconvenient, disruptive and wasteful of everyone's time and energy.”

“Unfortunately, my purchase was leaking on arrival and I had to refuse the delivery. I am awaiting a refund after being informed you do not send replacements. A replacement item sent out immediately would have been a pleasing resolution. Sorry, but I can only award one star on this occasion because I do not have the functional product that was purchased from you…. or a refund yet.”

“Incompetent First of all my battery belt arrived then the three in one tool with no batteries. I immediately rang you and was told the batteries were in the package the lady had been assured by the packers. I was told,to send a photo which I did. Either you think I am stupid, or blind or a liar! Why would I say they hadn't been included if they had. I am an nosey person and am disgusted by your treatment of me”

“I’ve ordered this item with a free battery as advertised on your site paid £30 more than elsewhere for the battery offer but makita says its not in the promotion so you miss sold me an item that I could of bought elsewhere cheaper from anglia tool centre with free delivery I’ve spoke to your customer services Monday 16th and asked for the manager but it’s now end of day Thursday he’s too busy playing golf or jet sking probably like the scam adverts to be bothered about this small matter as it happens I’m looking at the karcher hd 6/13 pressure washer for a job end of next month and you’ve got the best price but looking not to bother if this is how I’m treated. The makita product is great and have used it first makita product not happy with after sales matter customer services was friendly and understanding but the manager yet to comment further.”
