“Although competitively priced, the delivery times were disappointing. I picked items marked as in stock and “usually” dispatched within a week, but that didn’t happen. Order placed 15/7, last item arrived 5/8. If you need things quickly, I’d look elsewhere.”

“disappointed at no backup spares for Bosch Brushcutter 36v-23-750 viz spoo land line. I consider that as you sell the unit you should supply replaceable spares. Your staff are most helpful but suffer for your policies.”

“The box with the Gardena sprinkler had obviously been opened before despatch, the plastic cap on the closed end was jammed on in crooked fashion so as to nearly destroy the threads on the plastic nut it screws onto so that the device leaked when first used. With difficulty I prised it off and managed to screw it on correctly, however I wouldn't buy anything else from your company..”

“Makita 110v SDS drill stated to be in stock. Ordered 10am Thursday, picked and packed following Wednesday, received following day. Delivery is glacial by today’s standards. Brand has served me well and expect this drill to be no different.”

“I would have given these guys 4 stars had they managed to successfully and securely pack two broom type handles that was part of a larger order. It was a miracle that these got here as one end of the box was totally open as the handles had rattled around inside this over long box and had torn through the end! The rest of the order arrived in great condition but all-in-all the time from placing the order to receiving it was rather long. As for the quality of the goods - yeah, not bad, and the pricing was acceptable. would I use them again? Probably, but only if I couldn't find what i wanted on Amazon.”

“Happy order but the free gift was only with item bought with extras. not very clear. Also I am having an issue with Bosch on getting my free battery as Tooled Up do not put model number on invoice which Bosch say is required. Maybe Tooled up need to rectify this.”

“Delivery was good, sadly the advert was misleading. Advertised with free gift no mention the free gift only came if you ordered the battery and charger. NOT made clear only removed the gift symbol in the picture, and not mentioned. Would not order from you again.”

“My order was placed on the 26/03/25. The only contact that I had from you was on the 10/04/25 to tell me there was a delay in obtaining the item, and that you expected to dispatch it on the 22/04/25. I then heard no more from you. I rang on the 28/04/25 to be told that it was due in on the 29th or the 2nd May. Silence again until I received it on tghe 8th May. The product is exactly what I wanted, but your customer communication is poor.”

“Whilst happy with the original offer Iwas not happy that the box had a label indicating that 2 batteries were included. Have pointed this out I was told I could have an additional battery but would need to pay postage of £7.95. Battery not yet arrived.”
