“I would have given these guys 4 stars had they managed to successfully and securely pack two broom type handles that was part of a larger order. It was a miracle that these got here as one end of the box was totally open as the handles had rattled around inside this over long box and had torn through the end! The rest of the order arrived in great condition but all-in-all the time from placing the order to receiving it was rather long. As for the quality of the goods - yeah, not bad, and the pricing was acceptable. would I use them again? Probably, but only if I couldn't find what i wanted on Amazon.”

“Item ordered with no indication that the item wasn’t in stock. Item arrived 3 weeks later. The item was dispatched quickly around the date a phone call revealed the item was expected in stock.”

“Happy order but the free gift was only with item bought with extras. not very clear. Also I am having an issue with Bosch on getting my free battery as Tooled Up do not put model number on invoice which Bosch say is required. Maybe Tooled up need to rectify this.”

“Delivery was good, sadly the advert was misleading. Advertised with free gift no mention the free gift only came if you ordered the battery and charger. NOT made clear only removed the gift symbol in the picture, and not mentioned. Would not order from you again.”

“My order was placed on the 26/03/25. The only contact that I had from you was on the 10/04/25 to tell me there was a delay in obtaining the item, and that you expected to dispatch it on the 22/04/25. I then heard no more from you. I rang on the 28/04/25 to be told that it was due in on the 29th or the 2nd May. Silence again until I received it on tghe 8th May. The product is exactly what I wanted, but your customer communication is poor.”

“Whilst happy with the original offer Iwas not happy that the box had a label indicating that 2 batteries were included. Have pointed this out I was told I could have an additional battery but would need to pay postage of £7.95. Battery not yet arrived.”

“Order for one M8 tap placed on a Monday but not actioned until Friday. I buy a lot of small items like this on eBay, with 90% being dispatched the same day or the next. Having to wait 7 days for delivery was not satisfactory..”

“I bought one item which was at a good price and was delivered swiftly. What has taken more time has been wading through the never ending stream of e-mails from you....now totalling ELEVEN!!! This is complete overkill and is ridiculous for the purchase of ONE item. For this reason I doubt I'll buy from you again. Sort it out ffs.”

“I was badly let down by the Click and Collect process. Although I received several emails telling me that my order had been received; my order was being picked; and my order was being packed for shipping (nonesense as it was to be collected), I never received an email to say that it was ready to collect. I only found out when I rang them after several days that my order had been ready some days before. It may just of been a glitch, but didn’t give very good first impressions. When I went to the shop the man there was extremely helpful and showed me how to find out if a product was in stock at Enfield. Next time I will just check and then go straight to the shop rather than wasting days with Click and Collect.”

“Einhell GECG 18/100 Li T 18v Cordless Grass Shears and Handle 2 x 2.5ah Liion Batteries, and Charger. Now, while My order was dispatched very quickly, and delivered when it should, the batteries and charger, which are not normaly included however, were just rolling around loose inside the main outer. I brought this to Tooled-up's attention, and still have had no response regarding the issue. So, only 3 stars, as they are just another " Take the money and forget them" type of trader.”

“Hello for everyone. I don't know if it was a mistake or on purpose, but instead of the model shown in the picture, you sent me another model of foam gun. Which also costs 3 times less. That's why I had to return my purchase.”
