Tooled-Up supplied the quality equipment at a competitive price, keeping us up to date with the progress of our order, but were badly let down by their chosen delivery firm! At the time of our order being placed, we were given the option to provide delivery instructions to cover the possibility of our being out at the time of delivery and being unable to take our parcel in to the house. We obviously did not wish a costly chainsaw to sit on our porch in full view of passers-by. Consequently, we spoke to both our neighbours who were both willing to take our delivery in and added these instructions to the order form. It transpired that we were out when the delivery was attempted, the delivery firm totally ignored our instructions and, as we pulled up in front of our home, the chainsaw had been left in full view for anybody so minded to just take away. Fortunately, that was not the case!

I received the order of battery bl20362 in very good time. However the charger for my previous battery bl2036 does not work with my new battery and I cannot find a charger on your website that would work with my new battery, unless bought with the battery. I need help here.

Product got dispatched after 4-5 days, arrived in 2 weeks. Came in an opened, bad condition box. There was small damage to the guard shield near one of the screws. The item was dusty which I don’t understand how for a supposedly new item. Worst part is the customer support ignored all of these when I contacted them with photos via email, simply said it was all okay? Probably will look to buy from somewhere else in the future.

The delivery was prompt. However the battery would not charge . I tried for several hours . I had a prompt reply to my email but was asked to send a photograph! I am an oap and have no smart phone.when I explained I was sent a replacement but this has not arrived as yet. I now have to get this duff battery to a recycling centre, a 20 mile journey. I would have preferred to return it through the post.. Regards Janet Marks

Wellies arrived OK, but sadly they are a very awkward fit, so at to return, after speaking to a woman on the phone regarding my return, she was very unhelpful, returned waiting for my refund

Placed an order for size 6 wellies when confirmation came through it said size 9s emailed straight away to change the order and it was cancelled. Real shame had to order else where

Not sure what is going on . You have sent me an email requesting I write a review.I would be more sympathetic in my review if the battery I ordered on January the 27th had been delivered. Not sure what DHL are doing ? It's been 8 days now.

After taking 19 days to arrive, it wasn't the tap jacket I ordered. I ordered the green one that wraps arount the tap, what I got was the black one, that's a bag type. I didn't bother to take it back, I didn't want to wait another 19 days for the correct one to arrive. I dont know where you get your supplies from, but I assume It was delivered by bicycle

Great products, but the weirdest and worst packaging I have ever seen. It caused delays because label was placed to be almost invisible so it got lost by the carrier.

Good delivery and communications. BUT! Expected to receive the free offer of lubricant with my order as indicated on your website. Your customer service said I wasn't eligible as I ordered the version without the battery. After numerous emails back and forth explaining this wasn't clear and that my total order was worth more than the cost of the battery version anyway, your customer services response was basically "tough luck". NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

I'm a returning customer who has purchased from Tooled-Up in the past and been very please with my purchase and the service provided. This time I found the product I was looking for which was at a very competitive price and decided to buy paying the £15.95 delivery charge for this item. After several delivery attempts by DHL over the week at the wrong address, I contacted Tooled-Up customer services and cancelled my order. They were very understanding and apologetic and contacted DHL to return the item back to them so I would receive my full refund. Two weeks after placing and paying for my order, I'm still waiting for my refund. The delivery service by DHL has tarnished my Tooled-Up experience which would make me think twice before purchasing from them again.

Ordered a chainsaw online for delivery. Order Ref :WB00202660 Tooled-up ID:0031615 The order received was very badly damaged from DHL with loads of repackaging tape on it. The box had pretty much smashed in half and been put back together with tape. Sent a report to Tooled-up with photographs. I was taken through the return process which has put over a week on my delivery time and loss of work. I requested a replacement which was refused until the return had been received back. No refund as yet so I can't just order a new one until I get my refund. No apology or offer to post out sooner, no discount for inconvenience, nothing... just the threat that if I miss the return I would need to pay for a subsequent one. No consideration that this is not my mess and caused me a great deal of inconvenience along the way. Thank you for contacting Tooled-Up Customer Services. I have arranged collection for 25/09/23. Collections are between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. Unfortunately, we will not be able to specify the time of day at which the collection is likely to take place. Please ensure that the item is packaged in its original packaging, or sufficient packaging so as not to incur any damage during transit.

The Gardena handle was sticking out of the box and not delivered to a neighbour as requested via DHL. Thus the rating of poor.

Tooled-Up was fine in producing my order. My Bosch battery charger was just what I ordered and what I expected. So, very happy. Very unhappy with the delivery. The package was properly addressed to me. However, for whatever reason, it was delivered to an address half a mile from my house. An elderly, quite infirm lady had to struggle to deliver it to my house. Not at all good. Quite disappointed with the delivery performance. Why delivered to an address half a mile away, I do not understand. So, happy with Tooled-Up's performance but very disappointed with the delivery. Thus my reason for overall performance. A very elderly lady should not have had to travel half a mile to deliver it to me. Was it delivered on time ? No idea. Who delivered it, no idea. Sorry. RJW
