10 days after ordering and paying for an oscillating multitool it still hadn’t been delivered. I had to send two emails to chase this up due to receiving no correspondence to advise me of the reasons for the delay. I’m sure this is a reputable company but I won’t be buying anything else from them.

Two items ordered. Lawnmower brilliant. Gloves XL9 were very very small. Requested a return and I have to pay return postage and insurance. For an item which was missold and described incorrectly I have knocked off 3 stars. If this had been the lawnmower I was returning this would have cost a fortune to return. This is not my goto shop in future.

I ordered a leaf trowel but it still hasnt arrived. I've tried calling but nobody is answering. Could you let me know what's happening please or give me a refund? The other part of the order, two 4inch trowels, did arrive.

Price was good, which is why I opted fpor Tooled-Up. I orered online and paid extra for next-day (Wednesday) delivery, as I neded it urgently. When nothing arrived by late Thursday I phoned the company and was told I shouldn't have been offered the next-day option and it would now be with me Friday or Saturday, which is wasn't. Another call on the Monday and I was told it would arrive on Wednesday (a week late), which it did, although the collection bag was missing ... and still is, despite my reporting it (and still waiting to hear). I was about to order a Boch strimmer too, but am holding off on that

Watering can arrived crushed in on one side, Couldn’t be bothered to complain so just pushed it back out from inside but left a crease, You should put more substantial packaging around your goods

When I order something online and the description states in stock. I presume that to be the case and my goods to be dispatched promptly. I dont expect customer services to tell me that it is in stock with the manufacturer and my order will be a week to deliver. Very poor and misleading

There is a problem and I am not sure if it is down to ebay or sellers like Tooled up. The issue is selling product that they do not hold in stock. I found an item I wanted and ordered it on 28th Jan 2025 and it arrived on 14th of March. Tooled up state the delivery service is Royal Mail 24 so a quick delivery is expected and the listing says 2 available. ( it continued to say 2 available 1 sold throughout the 6 weeks it took for it to arrive). I was not contacted about delivery days until 11th Feb or after approx two weeks after order to say there was a problem in getting the item. To be fair after that I was contacted enough and given the opportunity to cancel. So I have not problem in ordering tools that have a lead time but I like to know if if I am going to have to wait for the item to come in to the company I am ordering from. I am not sure if ebay have a policy on lising items that are not held by the seller, nor do I understand where the information on the number of items available comes from. But if sellers are selling product that is not in stock then they would do well to make this clear and give an estimate of the time. And do this with an explicit note (not relying on the expected delivery indication). If ebay is only one of a a number of selling methods and realtime stock levels annot be integrated with ebay then I would expect an email within 1 working day if an item is out of stock.

Seeling items that are out of stock is poor business, long delays and slow comms

Has to be the slowest service in the UK. Whilst a lot of emails do come through, none of them tell you when the delivery is coming, and there doesn't seem to any tracking that works. I must admit that after a week I thought it was an online scam. I clearly isn't; just slow and disorganised. It was the correct item when it arrived though. Many thanks Carl

Placed order when their website said the item was in stock. Phoned them a week later to check on progress and was told the item was in their warehouse waiting to be despatched. Made another phone call a few days later and was then told would take another 10 days before they could deliver. Not good. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Website says products available but then it’s 3 weeks and multiple emails to chase before I get my item. Turns out it wasn’t in stock. Item arrived but no documentation in the box whatsoever. No instructions, warranty card or anything. I wouldn’t buy from here again.

Purchased product from Tooled-up mainly due to the offer of next-day delivery. However, this was not achieved causing issues as someone had to be in to sign for it. I requested a refund of some/all of the delivery fee £7.95 but was informed it was the courier's fault, not Tooled-up. My contract was with Tooled-up and I had no choice in the courier used, I feel I should of had some money back. In the end, a signature was not required, contrary to the info provided. The item was left in a safe place and the delivery note stated it was left with me, despite not being in the property. Slight damage to the box, however, and the items were undamaged.
