“I ordered a hedge trimmer which I believed from the website would be delivered in a couple of days. Six days later I was about to call them to find out what was happening with the order when I received an email saying it was being 'picked at the warehouse.' It was then dispatched and arrived the following day.”

“Ordered a pressure washer expecting delivery within 1-2 days. Turned out to be a week due to delays by DHL (not really Tooled-Up’s fault). Customer service was responsive when I enquired what was happening which may have prompted DHL into action.”

“First time ordering, I had to buy a battery and charger for the Mother in law for her strimmer, found exactly what she needed at a very good price, delivery was a day later than stated but arrived well packaged.”

“Great efficient service. But would like an option of only charger and no battery if the flimsy wired vacuum charger breaks again! It might do better now it is not attatched to clunky wall hanging plastic Also glad can see charger light.”
