“A minor comment but at check out it appears that delivery is £7.95 but £9.80 is the only option. I checked again today and £7.95 seems irrelevent--so why give it as an option?”

“The item purchased was offered at a competitive price, on-line ordering was easy, delivery was particularly speedy. The item was undamaged ( hedge trimmer) . However the packing method could be improved. The hedge trimmer (Bosch) was in its manufacturers cardboard box, with two white 1cm? wide straps around it, one each towrds each end of the box. These straps had probably been used in transit for lifting the package , and with the weight of the item, the straps had cut through the manufacturers cardboard box, fortunatly not enough to damage the item. See photos.”

“Not bad value for a Bosch Lawnmower but rather misleading delivery charges. When i found out about delivery charge it was from £7.95. I avoided expensive next day delivery and appeared to have accepted the standard charge when the order appeared the delivery charge was £8.26 + VAT (£1.65), a total of £9.91 it was unclear why this small extra charge had appeared but I couldn't back track easily so I accepted it with resentment thinking if TOOLED-UP skim extra charges in this way I shall not but from them again.”

“Impressive service from Tooled-Up. The 36V battery from the old strimmer works - as advertised by B&D. Strimmer head is 2 cm wider than the old one, overall slightly heavier i feel but not too much. The Ergonomic re-design is less comforable ( this was reported in a previous review). I might be able to rero-fit the lower handle from the old strimmer. At the moment i think im bent forward too much while strimming. Not sure if this review will be appear with the product.”

“Delighted with the ordering and delivery of Tooled-Up but unfortunately the Hoselock oscillator I bought didn’t function correctly. They responded quickly to my email informing me they would refer it to Hoselock but have yet to hear how the problem can be resolved.”

“Good website, good prices. Let down by DHL who said they had delivered to me but I. Fact left the parcel half a mile away (see photo). Tooled up were sympathetic but it was really only luck that I got the parcel.”
