“The window thermometer is very neat and simple to fit. Tje packaging was excellent I give only 4 stars because it is very small. I didn't check any dimensions before I ordrred sadly. As I have a deteriorating eye sight problem I have great difficulty reading it but my husband can see it fairly well. For a good sighted person it is fine.”

“The overall design is good. What i would suggest is a metal tube in the centre to prevent any hose pinches. Also the ability for the metal reel itself to be able to fully swing to the left when placed upon a side wall thus allowing the user to have easy hose release when working around a property.”

“i have recently made 2 purchases. The first hads a postage of £10. It arrived in 2/3 days. The second i went for normal delivery at £6. It arrived next day. No idea why i wnt for £10. or why offered if cheaper was better. I was inundated with emails on progress of myo rders. Not necessary. Products i bought worked. Thanks”

“Slight delay in posting my items, hence the 4 stars. However when they were posted, they arrived within 2 days, well packaged. Tooled-Up were good with their communication which helped to reassure me my goods were not forgotten”

“A minor comment but at check out it appears that delivery is £7.95 but £9.80 is the only option. I checked again today and £7.95 seems irrelevent--so why give it as an option?”

“The item purchased was offered at a competitive price, on-line ordering was easy, delivery was particularly speedy. The item was undamaged ( hedge trimmer) . However the packing method could be improved. The hedge trimmer (Bosch) was in its manufacturers cardboard box, with two white 1cm? wide straps around it, one each towrds each end of the box. These straps had probably been used in transit for lifting the package , and with the weight of the item, the straps had cut through the manufacturers cardboard box, fortunatly not enough to damage the item. See photos.”

“Not bad value for a Bosch Lawnmower but rather misleading delivery charges. When i found out about delivery charge it was from £7.95. I avoided expensive next day delivery and appeared to have accepted the standard charge when the order appeared the delivery charge was £8.26 + VAT (£1.65), a total of £9.91 it was unclear why this small extra charge had appeared but I couldn't back track easily so I accepted it with resentment thinking if TOOLED-UP skim extra charges in this way I shall not but from them again.”
