Good quality product, although when the description said joiners hammer shaft i assumed it was for a full size hammer not something smaller, however i did manage to use it to replace a broken pin hammer.

Strimmer arrived without the guard. Phoned , talked to Sky who said she would contact Black & Decker to deliver the missing part direct to me. I am awaiting their response. Bob Rielly

Product delivery was fast in fact early so we were not there and it was dropped with a neighbour Packaging was Manufacturer's packaging and was damaged and resealed Product appears to be Ok

Not absolutely impressed with the handling of my order. I am still waiting delivery of one of the items ordered. I was not informed of a delay and i was not given a delivery date. I had to phone your offices and they advised me it will be delivered next week.

Dewalt strimmer turned up on time but no instructions and no screw pack to fit handles etc! Sent a list of parts to choose from and told Dewalt will supply direct ! So watch this space

They did not register my oder causing a week delay in delivery. However had a quick respond from customer service therefore I'm giving them 3 of the 5 insted 1.

I have only used it once so far on my allotment but I am very impressed with it's performance and battery life. It isn't heavy or too loud either. There were problems with delivery which meant it had to be sent again. No fault of TooledUp but I think they should change their couriers.

It delived what I ordered Wy isn't there a section for me to comment about why it made me unhappy? These tedious annoying requests for reviews about how great they are!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected. Our dispatch and delivery estimates are based on a wide range of variables from location of warehouse through to carrier times and whilst we do try and ensure that these times are as low as possible there are some occasions where the time it takes to dispatch goods are longer than expected, however we do keep our estimated delivery times updated to advise our customers on when they can expect their orders

I have received my order but when I tried to track it the number I gave was not recognised I also phoned yourselves three times and three times I was told my call could not be taken The main result was that I received my order. Thank you for your service

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and I can confirm that your order was shipped via Royal Mail First Class postal service. We do consider Royal Mail to be a trusted delivery service, with the majority of orders received by customers within a few working days of dispatch. However, a small percentage can take slightly longer. Unfortunately, this service is an untracked service and as like normal mail would be delivered by your local Royal Mail delivery office.

I bought a Black & Decker battery charger as mine had broken. The description and picture seemed to equate to the batteries I have, but didn't. I contacted customer services with my battery number, and was told that they had no charger for those batteries, and suggested I went to Black & Decker direct - no offer to allow me to return the charger I bought which is useless to me. That said, Black & Decker customer service was even worse, in that while they did not have the correct charger either, they redirected me via a link to Amazon which had the charger, but was on Amazon US so had american input voltage and plug, and didn't ship to UK. Probably all my own fault for buying a B&D power drill in the first place and expecting it to last.

I can confirm that you can find our returns policy https://www.tooled-up.com/help/returns/ As the charger you require is not something available to us from Black and Decker, unfortunately, there is not much else we are able to do in this matter apart from referring you to the manufacturer.

Easy to use and find item, havent recieved the items yet so i cant tell if genuine parts, or like for like, or how good tbey are. Hence 3 on score

Easy to purchase & delivered when they said it would. Only gripe is poor packing. 2nd battery was stuffed poorly into box and taped. Surprised that the standard strimmer box was not packed within secondary packing.

The packaging was soaking wet at the bottom. Had obviously been left on a wet floor for some time. Also box had a "click and collect" sticker which would indicate a previous buyer. In other circumstances I would not have accepted the delivery.

It did not make me happy I ordered on the 7 /4 /2018 I was informed it was transported on the 11th .i got an email on the 17th informing me that the item had been delivered . I phoned you on the 17th stating the order had not been delivered your Rep; said he would chase up the courier to see where my order was . He was very helpful and said he would contact me when he knew the answer as to when I could expect to receive my order . Please ensure that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible
