“The box was battered and had been opened presumably to retrieve the batteries as I had ordered bare lawnmower. No instructions included or guarantee documents. Plus points - delivered one day early and customer services promised to send paper instructions.”

“Although I knew the item was out of stock until a specified date at time of ordering I was kept informed of the expected shipping date so full marks for communications. When the item came into stock it was fulfilled at lightning speed. Good prices (beating that well known online retailer). Happy to use again so no qualms about giving a full recommendation.”

“My garden spray packed up with loss of pressure, was going to buy a new one but wife checked and told me that i could get spare part. after a bit of a grumble i finaly gave in and ordered some replacement washers. Low and behold, they worked so sprayer back in use. Sorry Mrs. i know you are always right. .. lol”
