“I’m given the product 5 stars as there is nothing wrong with it: well made and reaches a second storey gutter. However, in my case the product is useless because the gap between the edge of the lowest tile and the gutter is too small to allow the attachment to enter the trough of the gutter. This isn’t anyone’s fault: clearly I didn’t know how big the gap was and the product is designed for those gutters which do have a wide enough gap between the tile and the trough. So it goes.”
