“Two items ordered. Lawnmower brilliant. Gloves XL9 were very very small. Requested a return and I have to pay return postage and insurance. For an item which was missold and described incorrectly I have knocked off 3 stars. If this had been the lawnmower I was returning this would have cost a fortune to return. This is not my goto shop in future.”
