“took a while to come in stock but when I chased it the person on email was helpful. On the other hand the automated emails were confusing and unclear, I just did a click and collect for two items but I couldn't work out what those emails were telling me.”

“Excellent service. I needed a 1/4 collet for the Bosch Advanced Trim Router combo. It only comes with a 6 and 8mm collet. Seaching around there wasnt alot of choice to get a Bosch genuine part however the company website steered me to Tooled up. A couple of days later and it arrived.Lots of emails telling exactly where I was at in the process. Great service and competetive pricing.”

“The ordering/paying process online was very straightforward. There was a good selection of items to choose from. We paid for next day delivery. The item came on time and it was incredibly securely wrapped and padded out to prevent damage. It was in perfect condition, lovely quality with a 10 year guarantee and is getting a lot of use. “Ordered Bosch garden shredder 11/10/25. Heard nothing more for 5days until despatch 16/10/25. Finally received shredder 21/10/25. Disappointed with Bosch quality standards as on first use had to adjust cutting blade 3-4 mm in order to cut through 30mm diameter branch. Initially produced only indented branch strips not separate chunks as expected. No allen key supplied to make the adjustment to the blades.”

“I bought some c cell batteries. HP11 In my day They are excellent quality and value for money. Their communication is excellent and speed of delivery was awesome. I expected them on the Tuesday or Wednesday but they came Sunday afternoon. Processed and posted the same day. Many thanks”

“Im sorry to rate you so low. But I ordered a pair of 9.5mm sds masonry drill bits. After nearly a week I contacted you to find out there was a issue with your suppliers. Which was told in the phone conversation and that they would be despatched as soon as you recieved them. I recieved them another week later. This review is not on the drill bits but the lack of sevice i recieved. Please can you ensure other orders are made aware of any stock issues when they are placed please. Would of been 5 stars other than the fact i had to contact you!”
