“I bought a tall shrub trimmer for my wife who is 4'10" tall and struggles wiith our current one. It was delivered on time, very well packaged, and exactly as described. All my orders from Tooled-up have been excellent buys - I am still using the electric drill I bought about 10 years ago and which is in constatn use. 100% reliable”

“Some very interesting products & prices - I bought a good value cordless Fein angle grinder. But a huge surcharge for sending to the Highlands meant that I had the item delivered to a friend in Edinburgh. It arrived by Royal Mail - who wouldn't have surcharged to deliver to the Highlands in any case! OK, we're a small market in the Highlands, but a little bit of thought would have made the purchase a lot easier.”

“I ordered online one piece of "in-stock" Dewalt SDS+ drill bit. Tooled Up informed me the item was in fact out of stock. I changed to another "in-stock" Dewalt counterpart. Then Tooled Up again informed me that item was also out of stock. Consequently I had to revise my order the 2nd time to get another alternative. If Tooled Up have posted updated correct product info on website, I didn't need to have suffered from 2 weeks of unnecessary delay in completing my DIY project.”

“Excellent service as usual. Great bit of kit you have to wear eye protection when using it though. The Bosch brushcutter does the business cuts through weeds like a knife. Removes weeds in between paving stones with ease”
