“Sadly the vacuum I bought was just too heavy for my wife to work with (I have to admit too heavy for me too) I needed to return it but did not know how. I spoke to your customer service team and they were most pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I had problems finding the relevant form so once again I contacted your team. A lady was MOST helpful and understood that old men get confused. She emailed me a form. Brilliant service; thank you. David Riley.”

“I needed a replacement battery charger for my Stanley FatMax drills FMC 608 Ordered one from Wicks, it didn’t fit, phoned Stanley helpline, they me the address off local supplier that didn’t exist. AI search revealed that a Black and Decker charger would do. It looks the same but I had to remove a raised location lug on the batteries to make it fit, now it works; 3rd time lucky.”
