“Ordererd on price, off google search. First time transaction from toolstore, Item here next day no problems. Well packed & a proper legeable A4 size, invoice in the box & info about the warrenty. I am very impressed with the Milwaulkee M18 FHS20 hand held prunning saw it's a beast.”

“Good experience with best price product on the market. Delivered as promised within 24 hours. Slight problem with assembly and getting familiar with the machine and fuse went in the three-pin plug shortly after starting up. Quickly resolved and now happily using the chipper which does everything as stated. Cannot be faulted.”

What surprised me was that when I phoned them with a few questions about the item I intended to purchase I was greeted by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who answered my questions and gave me sound advice. After finishing the phone call I went on the very easy-to-navigate website and placed the order which arrived at my door just twenty-two hours later, so if you value quality and personal service; Alan Wadkins is the place to go; I will certainly be using them again.”
