“Alan Wadkins tool store is great. My 1st purchase from them was excellent in quality of product and service from them. They emailed me back straight away with a query I had making sure I got the right headlamp. Speaking of it’s the best headlamp I have had in terms of both build quality and brightness . Will be shopping here again and would recommend to family and friends”

“Alan Wadkins Tool Store was great and easy to deal with the only thing in my opinion which to change is the delivery side. I was charged £18 because my parcel was a two-person lift but it was delivered by only one person as it's only 15Kg. Please look at the attached photos of the delivered parcel, not great really but thank you for all your help, Paul”

Hi Paul Thanks for leaving the review having looked at what you ordered from us. We don`t charge a delivery fee for a 2 man lift. The order with us was for a mitre saw not a leg stand as per the pictures attached as was delivered free as the order was over £75.00. You must have purchased the leg stand from another company. “I ordered a festool unit for a domino. The price was good and came in good time. I had no email or communication to say the order was accepted or delivery information. I had to call the company to confirm the order was live etc. They were helpfull when I called but was a pain to have to do and time consuming. Get your communication right guys.”

Hi The order confirmation was delivered for the order to the email address you provided and delivered to you at 9.07pm on the 1st Decemeber. Have you looked in your junk box maybe as your system may have blocked the email from coming through?
