“Fast service - good price for the item I bought. When I opened the manufacturer's sealed box it became clear the manufacturer had failed to include some parts. The staff were friendly and helpful and apologised for the inconvenience even though it wasn't their fault. They ran through with me what was missing and dispatched the missing parts the same day ( about 2 hours later according to the courier notification!)”
