“What you want from online shopping is a website that is intuitive, value for money and great customer service. Alan Wadkins fulfills these criteria on every level. I ordered a dremel circular saw attachment and a dremel hanging support. Both were very competitively priced and delivery was faultless. Both items met all my expectations. With such a large range of rotary tool products I will be back to use Alan Wadkins as I develop my range of dremel tools. First rate company to deal with.”

“I needed to know the difference between the Bosch Universal and Easy Rotak chordless lawnmowers. The person on the other end of the phone was very helpful and I was then able to choose the lawnmower right for me. It was very easy to order it on line from Alan Wadkin’s website and it arrived the following day. Very pleased.”
