Hi You haven`t received your item as you have been home on the 3 occasions when DPD have tried to deliver the goods. That being the 2nd,3rd and 4th September. The parcel is now on it`s way back to us from them. So can either be resent or cancelled. Regards Martin

“The actual vendor is OK but the delivery method is over bearing and awkward ... dpd require a pin number rather than a passport or driving licence or house sign or a copy if a bill with a postcode on it . Refused to deliver without pin number . Refused to wait while I searched for email ... what absolute rubbish ... a delivery agent that operates on a pin numbercrather than what they can see with their eye balls . Never coming back . You lost a bit of buisness as I am start up landscaper . Bo hard feelings but I will alway go somewhere else now .”

Hi Douglas The pin code system has been put it place by ourselves with dpd due to the amount of fraud being committed im afraid. With customers asking for parcel to be left by the couriers and then them going missing. So since this has been put in place this issued has disappeared and the system has been working well.
