“I ordered a Bosch advancedhedgecut 70 at a good price. There was a cheaper price inline, but the reviews were concerning. The item came by next day delivery by FedEx, a reliable courier. It was left behind the garage, out of sight of the road, without my asking. The item was fine. Everall I'm pleased.”

“Very reasonably priced and delivered on time and with care. I like the use of the pass code to give to the delivery company. It should prevent items being delivered to the wrong address and the wrong person claiming to be the person who bought it.”

“I received my tiling machine timely and haven't started it as yet. It appears everything is there and assistance is available. The box arrived a bit damaged but this must have been the courier depot's fault as I can't imagine it coming from the warehouse like that. The machine is quite story and has no bumps or bruises. So far so good and hopefully the machine will serve me well. Thank you”

“Ordered online, didn’t have next day delivery because I ordered too late but it arrived the day after, they let me know exactly the courier and when etc. Price was spot on for a Milwaukee. Was concerned as 1st time I used them but everything was excellent.”

“Avoid! Sent wrong product, would not take it back to make matters worse the package arrived like it had been kicked about a rugby pitch all burst and broken, again would not accept that the product was damaged and accept a return, very poor customer service.”

“You provided an excellent service and a very good price. The only minor problem which was no fault of yours was the trolley was wrapped in cling film which pulled the chrome off the Sealey badges when unwrapped although this does not affect the working of the trolley. Overall very pleased.”

“Saw the item I wanted, and was instantly drawn go the Alan Wadkins site, as it offered the article at a competitive price and with free delivery. Ordered at 1.30 pm on Thursday, and with standard delivery it arrived at 9.55am the following morning. There were several updates regarding dispatch and delivery, which were very informative. There was a small collett spanner missing from the kit, so I forwarded an email accordingly and received a reply the following morning- stating that the manufacturers had been contacted. On the Wednesday ie 5 days after delivery, the missing article arrived in the post. Brilliant pricing and even better customer service.”
