“They are absolutely lovely tiles, can’t complain. The only thing I would mention is some of the sizing can be different. Some packs would measure 599mm, others were 602mm. I spaced them so got around it, just didn’t expect that from a porcelain tile. Needless to say our kitchen look stunning with these in. Would highly recommend for a neutral colour that goes with anything. Thank you”

“Request for sample only. Received well packaged, both very nice tiles but as bathroom is still under construction we are not in a position to make a decision yet.”

“I had bought the main bulk of these tiles from a different seller before but when I needed more I would have had to pay a very high delivery fee with this other provider, because I only needed one more pack. I then found the same tiles with Tile Warehouse, for a cheaper price and cheaper delivery. Plus, they arrived within two days, which was perfect. My only complaint is, that the tiles weren't packaged very well. Thankfully the transport wasn't too rough, so they all arrived in one piece, but there wasn't much protection around them and the box they were in was very torn. Other than that very happy customer!”

“purchased tiles because on offer .put 4 stars because disastisfied with delivery. waiting in all day to be told my tiles had been delivered when they had not.was not informed there was a problem .delivery rearranged and no problem.”

“Great tiles, easy to cut with the right equipment. The only downside is that there is hardly any pattern and not as the photos displayed. tiles arrived next day and i would recommend Tile Warehouse”

“I give it 4 stars only because the strip came with one scratch, the rest is fine, overall I recommend it”

“Prompt responses on communication and delivery. However, there are 3 issues: 1.) The colour was a little disappointingly different to the colour expected; although, to be fair, samples are readily offered to overcome those disappointments. And, at the end of the day, they look fine fitted! 2.) All tile edges were RAW whereas I should have 'SPECIFIED' 1 'BULLNOSED' finished edge! Again, they're stuck down now so they'll have to do! Perhaps they may have queried that 'NEED'! 3.) Upon receipt of the 2 boxes, which appeared OK, it wasn't until in use that several tiles were either chipped or broken; these were from the FULL box not the PART box. However, as is usually the case, part tiles/cut tiles are usually needed so, again, not really a problem. Would I use them again, YES but arrange a sample beforehand!”

“The tiles are lovely, the photo don’t do them justice. We are in N.Ireland so unfortunately a few boxes were damaged during transport, I emailed tile warehouse and they got back to me very quickly and said they would replace them asap. Very good service, I’ll definitely recommend tile-warehouse. Thank you”
