Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

“Excellent service,rang up spoke to a very nice patient gentleman who explained and talked me through everything,ordered the tiles 2 days later tiles arrived and on time,the tiles look very nice and excellent quality haven't had them put on the step so can't tell you what they are like down”

“Great value products however quite a few tiles were broken but it was fine because they were ones to be cut. Quick delivery. Good price.”

“Delivered on time and safely (nothing broken). Delivery driver very helpful in placement of delivery. As photo shows, just finished grouting and final clean and 'polish' still to do once grout set. Cutting tiles was an interesting challenge.”

“Ordered Silk White Marble Effect Tiles (30x60cm) to tike my bathroom. Im not a tiler but would class myself as a competent DIYer.. Tiles were easy enough to work with but noticed that there were some scoring on some tiles (approx 2 box loads) that were unusable as marks were noticable. Some slipped through the net and by the time I noticed was tio late and tiles were running low Happy enough with the finished job. Tiles arrived well package by pallet”

“Price of the tile was great value. The boxes the tiles came in were very smelly we had to remove the tile and wash them down they smelled like they had been stored on a farm that’s my only concern, but once the tiles were cleaned look great. We were missing the edging so had to contact customer service who sent the missing edging out without any problems. Over all we are happy with the price delivery and customer service only reason I gave four stars is the smell of the boxes.”

“The sales team are very responsive and deal with issues quickly and in a pleasant manner. The tiles are lovely and were priced very reasonably. However, I have given a 4 because it took 3 deliveries to complete the order because of breakages. That said they were very quick and efficient about sending replacements and did not quibble or make things difficult. I would use them again and would recommend them.”

“UNFORTUNATELY THE TILES I ASKED FOR SAMPLES OF ARE UNRECTIFIED SO NOT SUITABLE FOR MY PROJECT, HOWEVER THE TILES DO BOTH LOOK GOOD.”

“only 4 stars as the first order was the wrong colour and the replacement had 4 broken tiles, due to courier stacking on a pallet with nails protruding ! Tile warehouse reimbursed me for these, easy friendly company to deal with and their 'chat line' is very good.”

“A reactive rather than a proactive Company. Tiles did not arrive as promised with no communication. I understand that things do not always go the plan but a phone call or text from the Company would have helped considerably with forward planning. Staff were always pleasant and helpful when I did phone and emails were responded to promptly, but I should not have to do all the chasing. That said their service and prices are very good.”
