“Great, competitive prices. My only problem was I clicked for a smaller delivery van as I live on a tight street, but a massive 17 tonne rigid wagon was the choice of vehicle for delivery. Luckily there is a petrol station not far from my house so me and the driver decided to do the handover there. Other than that, everything is OK. I've not actually had a chance to tile the walls yet, but everything looks good up to now. Would have been 5 *'s if not for the delivery vehicle mess up”

“Service, price and delivery fine. Only slight problems where that no corner tiles available for the quarry tiles ordered and the grout proved to be a diifferent colour to the shown shown on the website - nearer to white than grey.”

“Good website, lots of choice. Product quality was better than high st DIY shops. Delivery was decent. I would advise adding 20% to measured area rather than 10%, as we ran out due to offcuts etc.”

“Recently ordered a box of rustic white tiles. The box had clearly been dropped on the corner so quite a few tiles were broken. Contacted customer service who were very helpful and sent out replacement tiles plus a few more. Happy with the tiles and the after sales. Would use again”

“Tiles and grout delivered on time, friendly and helpful delivery driver. Tiles look lovely in the bathroom. Had a query for customer service and used the chat; it was over the weekend so took a little while to get a real response, but all good in the end. Would recommend this company.”

“Ordering was easy. delivery was as arranged. The delivery driver brought them into the rear of my property as I was a lady here on my own, which was really helpful. Tiles have not been used yet but will be fitted after the 20/10/25. Everything was as hoped and I have no complaints as yet Thankyou”
