Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

“Had a problem with delivery of a previous order, but very concientiously and quickly resolved and impressively followed up by Oliver, the customer service manager, so all good. Recent order was just one square metre to extend existing area. same quality tile, and quick delivery. Slightly miffed that I ordered 1sqM / 34 tiles. The order and payment was specifically for 34 tiles. The box I received contained only 33 tiles, so someone had removed a tile from a full box (actually making it marginally closer to exactly 1sqm). I paid by the tile for 34 tiles, so overcharged by 1 tile's worth! Not a big deal as I had a good contingency, but would rather get what I paid for. UPDATED: Oliver contacted me by phone in response to this review (later the same day) and has arranged to refund the postage cost as a result of this hickup. I'm very impressed by his attention to this, and confident to recommend this supplier.”

“Quick service and well packaged delivery of tiles. Unfortunately, 2 tiles had broken in transit, which was unfortunate and probably due to carrier's lack of attention to the FRAGILE tape on the package. Otherwise, pleased with service.”

“This order was not without its issues. Firstly one of the tile selections was out of stock. However Alexandros and then Oliver helped to make the order work. Following our checking the condition of the tiles we found a few(6) tiles that were unusable. Not a huge percentage of the order. However the guys replaced them without quibble but the replacements were more smashed up than the originals. Delivery companies! Finally got the replacements today. Many thanks”

“The tiles when they eventually arrived were perfect, the delivery was a nightmare the courier waited 12 seconds at my door and left saying no one in then had to wait days to obtain the tiles had to cancel the tiler twice due to this”

“Nice tiles. There was a problem with the delivery date meaning I was waiting longer than expected for delivery, but when I enquired the customer services manager Oliver resolved this and arranged a next day pre 12 deĺivery no extra cost, and tracked this through to delivery with phone calls, so pleased with this service.”
