“I was anxious about delivery of tiles but it went very well - the pallet was put exactly where I wanted it, delivery driver very pleasant tiles as expected and good value. The only problem is that I’ve got two boxes over and it’s it’s difficult to return”

“Recently ordered a box of rustic white tiles. The box had clearly been dropped on the corner so quite a few tiles were broken. Contacted customer service who were very helpful and sent out replacement tiles plus a few more. Happy with the tiles and the after sales. Would use again”

“Tiles were perfect as described. The colour in the picture on the website was a good representation of the tiles. The items dispatched quickly and was well packaged and arrived with me no damage. It was a completely painless transaction and I definitely would use these guys again.”

“Tiles and grout delivered on time, friendly and helpful delivery driver. Tiles look lovely in the bathroom. Had a query for customer service and used the chat; it was over the weekend so took a little while to get a real response, but all good in the end. Would recommend this company.”

“I was sent the wrong tiles .. I have emailed company but they haven’t replied. Will never use this company again”

We did arrange a collection of the wrong tiles and replacements with the correct ones to happen on the Tuesday which was our first opportunity. “I ordered 50 sqm of Apollo Grey polished marble tiles. When they arrived the grey veining was a very unattractive brown!!! These tiles are most certainly not what this website advertises but this company still maintains the tiles I received were grey ? Proceed with caution as their t’s & c’s are ridiculous! Our tiler with + 30 years experience is still laughing at the notion of dry laying the tiles prior to laying them with the appropriate adhesive!!! Because who doesn’t want to do the same job twice? An utterly awful experience!”

Hi Sarah, I’m sorry that you were disappointed with our product, it does look like you had a sample of the tiles in advance so this should have given you an indication of what you would be receiving. We believe the tiles match the description and over a hundred customers have had the same tiles without issue. The terms and conditions you refer to, just ask that you satisfy yourself that what you have recieved, matches your expectations before starting any works so that we can sort any changes. Dry laying is where you lay out a few tiles, without adhesive to ensure this, we do not expect anyone to actually lay lots of tiles twice. We have offered to uplift the remaining tiles, at our expense, to help here but this has been refused. I am sorry that on this occasion we have been unable to help more.
