Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

“The customer service was very disappointing. I paid £30 for next day delivery, yet my order did not arrive on time. I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, but despite calling the customer service team twice, my request was ignored and the order was delivered six days late. At the very least, the company should have contacted me and refunded the delivery charge, given that the goods arrived almost a week later. In the end, I kept the delivery simply to avoid the hassle of going through the same poor service again. I hope the company sees this review, contacts me, and refunds my delivery charges.”

Hi Junaid, I do apologise for the delay in getting answers that you deserve, We do charge £30 for normal delivery, and allow you to select a next day option for no extra fee as we feel this is a valuable gift that people will appreciate for free, in this instance we cannot refund a free item and we were still able to deliver which does incur a cost. “Tiles were delivered well protected for the journey, on a pallet and double wrapped against the weather. Delivery was faultless and the driver was very helpful. I chose Tile warehouse because the sample I ordered was well packaged and delivered quickly. The price was competitive. Since the delivered goods were in good order, I will not be testing the returns arrangements.”

“I bought 29m2 of Pulse antique beige 300x600mm tiles for my kitchen floor. In honesty they were the best tiles I could find to fit my budget and coordinate with the new units and I was a little concerned about how they’d look as they were very reasonably priced. My tiler did say they were a “bit on the thin side” and had some buckling on the edges/corners, so in order to reduce “lipage” he used tile levellers and they’ve come out looking great. I’m really pleased with the overall look and I think they look like a more expensive tile now they’re down. In addition the whole process of ordering and delivery, through Tile Warehouse, was simple and efficient. I was able to delay delivery until I needed the tiles and despite receiving a lot of boxes there wasn’t a single breakage. A very happy customer, thank you.”

“Tiles arrived damaged .... one half of the box has one corner cracked off. Luckly in my case ... I was cutting the tile down to 198 x 148 .... But worthy not to shipper ... make sure the bubble wrap is on the bottom also.”

“I got wood effect tiles that are beautiful and a great price! The customer service was excellent, always a quick and friendly response. I live in N.Ireland and unfortunately some of the tiles were cracked when delivered but they were replaced in a matter of days, which was no hassle at all. I'd definitely buy from here again.”

“Putting the tiles on a small palette is a great idea. Covering the boxes of tiles especially partial boxes with only black plastic is non-sensical since there is nothing to protect the tiles if the courier decides to put anything on top. As a result at least half a dozen tiles arrived with chipped or broken edges.”
