“The tiles were delivered safely and quickly, but there was some confusion about the delivery date. An email from Tile Warehouse received Monday, March 13th, 2023 indicated that the tiles were on their way with a delivery date of Thursday, March 16th, 2023 which was acceptable to me. Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 morning I received a message indicating that the tiles would be received Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 and that if this was not acceptable to rearrange delivery. I did so by requesting the delivery be put back to Thursday, March 16th, 2023. The delivery arrived Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, totally ignoring my request for a delay of the delivery, but fortunately, I arrived back home early and was able to accept the delivery. My mark of four stars would have been five stars if it had not been for this confusion.”

“Despite no delivery on the arranged day due to poor weather, notification as to when I can expect my tile sample to be received from the carrier still not known. Unable to place any order until that is received and I can arrange a tiler.”

“The tiles were of a good standard however the delivery driver was not very helpful. He basically dumped the tiles outside the door and drove off. Luckily there were workmen in the area who helped move the tiles to a more suitable place. I would recommend if the delivery is more helpful.”

“Some tiles were broken on arrival but they quickly sent out replacement tiles. I do think the delivery charge for small amounts is excessive like mine.”
