“One of the exterior Red tiles on my doorstep had fallen off & broke into pieces. So I ordered a sample to replace it. Happy with the service but on arrival sadly the Red Tile sample didn’t match the Red tiles on my Doorstep which May have faded over the years.”

“The tiles themselves are very mice indeed and the colour is subded, but rich which is perfect. They do tend to have slight cracking of the glaze and colour on cut (not all), but not too much of an issue, just plan for it is my suggestion. Tile Warehouse were excellent on delivery and when I said due to breakage in transit, I was short on a couple, they sent the full 15 which were broken, which I was impressed with.”

“well all good delivered on time just 5 tiles damaged has been sorted so no problems there like the tiles good custermer service sorted my problems so very happy with my delivery”

“Like some other reviews I can’t fault the prices or the delivery time. Also like some of the reviews several of the tiles were broken and one had a groove in the ceramic. I don’t know why they were packed in the box without any paper or bubble wrap under them but with a piece of shrink wrap and paper on top. The box flexing in transit probably caused the damage. I ordered more than enough for what I needed so it wasn’t a problem. Going by the selection and prices Tile Warehouse has I would probably buy from them again.”

“The tiles are beautiful The only issue was the delivery. I wasn’t given a day or even a 2 hour window but only 5 minutes before the van arrived. I had to unload 140kgs from the kerbside pick in my pyjamas in the ice.”

“Loceli tiles, one was craced in the pack but Ihad one more addes loose. Super friendly and helpful delicery driver. Only Down side is I chose del on the 21 and only when I rang on that day, was i informed it will actually be day after that delivery will happen.. Would have been nice to be informed earlier.”

“Ordered a sample of a ceramic tile that appealed to me. As a result of this, I put in an order for a small number of tiles to retile our downstairs shower area. From the pallet delivery, visual evidence of at least two damaged tiles albeit, I believe that I can use these for any cuts that maybe required. So, all good.”
