“The tiles were great unfortunately your refund process is very expensive especially if you don’t live on the mainland and for this reason is why I would not use tile warehouse again”

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear about the high refund costs for non-mainland deliveries. While we do our utmost to control our costs on outgoing I am afraid that returns can be high for larger weight returns. “Without doubt, I finally found out it pays to search the net. The prices were more than competitive which drew me in, then the outstanding customer service added a cherry to a very satisfying cake when I had to add some extra tiles to the order ( my fault entirely as I forgot to add in where a washing machine and soon to be defunct dishwasher needed to be tiled), the point is, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, the tile quality is outstanding, the delivery was as promised and bby a cheerful helpful chap too). If you want tiles, with the range this company has you won't go wrong.”

“Great, competitive prices. My only problem was I clicked for a smaller delivery van as I live on a tight street, but a massive 17 tonne rigid wagon was the choice of vehicle for delivery. Luckily there is a petrol station not far from my house so me and the driver decided to do the handover there. Other than that, everything is OK. I've not actually had a chance to tile the walls yet, but everything looks good up to now. Would have been 5 *'s if not for the delivery vehicle mess up”

“Easy company to order off but when 200 tiles came on a pallet and disabled husband told driver not paid to take them off left in middle of path till someone came and couldn’t get in be aware of pallets”
