Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

Part of the UK’s largest tile buying group, our low cost, online only operating model enables us to bring you the best quality tiles at the lowest possible prices, together with a wide range of trade quality tools and accessories.

We haven’t just stopped there. The Tile Warehouse website is packed full of helpful tiling tips and techniques to give you the confidence you need to tile the interior as well as exterior of your home yourself.

Tile Warehouse also offers a dedicated sample service so you can try before you buy; a Tile Visualiser that allows you to picture how your chosen tiles would look in your home; a Tile Calculator that tells you how many tiles you will need for your room together with free delivery on all orders over £300.

“Great service, great quality - half the price of identical tiles in a local store. My only advice for improvement would be on delivery service, which is quite expensive and only 1 man pallet drop - with my husband and sons being away, and me injuring my foot earlier in the day, this made things tricky transferring from roadside to garden on my own - our tiles were huge!”

“5 of my tiles arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they offered to refund me for those 5 tiles. That would be useless, because I ordered a certain number of tiles because that's how many I need!! So I replied to say this. Then my emails kept bouncing back as 'undeliverable' I tried several times. A few days later, I get an email to say 'we notice you have an open customer service case. Should we just close the case? It must be resolved by now' So I replied to say NO, give me my full refund, or 5 new tiles! And they replied to say, OK we can send you 5 tiles but it will be Tuesday delivery, is that OK? I replied to say yes, please send them. It bounced back as undeliverable. I've tried about 10 times over several days to get the email through to them to say yes, send me the tiles! It's Tuesday. Have I received the tiles? No I have not. I'm expecting another 'Hey, should we close your open case?' Email soon...”
