Tile Warehouse is all about making tile buying easy. Launched in early 2022, we are passionate about everything to do with tiles and making it as easy as possible for you to find the right tiles to help transform your home.

You may have received an automated email (based on the couriers tracking scans) that advises that your items were refused, and to get in contact with our team for a replacement. “I'm really sorry but neither the photo shown on the website or the photo supplied with this review request are a true indication of what the tiles actually look like. After numerous tries with numerous people the only way that we can get a photo to resemble what's shown is when the kitchen is completely dark, and a flash is turned on with whatever device is used. In my opinion this is not a true indication of what should have been supplied. The unfortunate thing is that I'm house bound so it was impossible to actually go to somewhere to see tiles in person so I'm completely reliant on the photos on the Internet.”

Hello Allan, I am sorry the tiles were not as you expected. We do always recommend ordering a sample prior to delivery (and we do aim to have all samples delivered within 2 working days) Unfortunately natural lighting does play a key factor in the look of any tile project. It seems once you take a photo with flash, the product looks like you'd expect. This makes me feel that it may just be the lighting present in your room. “Had a problem with delivery of a previous order, but very concientiously and quickly resolved and impressively followed up by Oliver, the customer service manager, so all good. Recent order was just one square metre to extend existing area. same quality tile, and quick delivery. Slightly miffed that I ordered 1sqM / 34 tiles. The order and payment was specifically for 34 tiles. The box I received contained only 33 tiles, so someone had removed a tile from a full box (actually making it marginally closer to exactly 1sqm). I paid by the tile for 34 tiles, so overcharged by 1 tile's worth! Not a big deal as I had a good contingency, but would rather get what I paid for. UPDATED: Oliver contacted me by phone in response to this review (later the same day) and has arranged to refund the postage cost as a result of this hickup. I'm very impressed by his attention to this, and confident to recommend this supplier.”
