“Excellent quality; I wore the Oxblood Double Monkstraps with a matching belt to a wedding and it really makes the whole outfit stand out. The quality of the leather is excellent - you don’t really have to wear the shoes in much either - they are extremely comfortable out the box.”

“Ordered black whole-cut oxfords and a variety of accessories. Excellent craftsmanship and I particularly liked that the sole of the shoe was inset with rubber beneath the ball of the foot. My whole office is tile flooring which too slick with leather soles. If i'm being honest the belt i ordered with the shoes was actually too thick and sturdy for use with suiting so will probably have to return that.”

“The shoes were exactly as I expected and as illustrated!Size was perfect.Received 1 day later, but that's OK coming from U.K.I expected oxblood to be more vibrant but that's correctable with polish.I definitely expect to do more business with you!”

“I was looking for a new dress shoe when I stumbled onto tblon. The prices weren’t as high as some big brands but still more than a lot of brands. I ended up giving them a try and wow! The shoes are incredible. High quality leather. Extremely comfortable and I love the little bit of rubber on the bottom, it provides more grip and less of a clapping noise when you walk. This shoe with a different name would run you 3x as much. High key recommend. I’ll probably end up buying 1 of each shoe, they are that great. Thanks tblon!”

“I was asked by one of my friends who resides in Brooklyn, New York to purchase a pair of shoes from Thomas Bird store. I looked at the Thomas Bird website and was impressed with the ease of use. I used my debit card from Barclays Bank to make the purchase and a USA address as the shipping addresses. The purchased item was dispatched and delivered to New York via UPS in a few days. The tracking number and other notifications gave me the necessary information needed to keep track of the shipment. My friend is extremely satisfied with the pair of shoes purchased. In my opinion the service is superb.”

“I purchased a pair for a friend for his birthday, then decided that I wanted a different pair. When the first pair arrived at the Post Office I refused them and sent them back and ordered another pair a couple of days later. Well, it has been over 90 days and the "rep" can't find my order and refuses to issue me a refund. Beautiful shoes, very poor customer service.”
