“Boot did not fit. Could not put my foot in. Samantha was just ok in help with returning boot. I wanted FedEx. Instead of future discount refund my shipping cost.”

Good evening James, sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your purchase & return experience with Thomas Bird. We don't offer a free global collections service, but if you wanted to exchange them we offer free collection & re-delivery. Returns for refund are subsidised but cost £30. We typically use DHL for returns as they offer us the most competitve rate. Unfortunately we don't have an account with FedEx so was unable to offer this option.

“I love the boots and the quality of the construction, so far. I will get them in blue when they are in stock. In addition, there is a nice pair of lace ups I would like as well. Overall the service was great. I will be back. Let me know of any sales. Thank you.”
