“The shoes are not red, but an almost black color. The fit is extremely different size wise from another shoe of this brand. Additionally, returns are really hard and took a bit of time, driving and more effort than other brands. For such an expensive shoe I expected a much different product and experience. I would not order from this brand again.”

Good morning. I'm sorry to hear that. The review has come through anonymous so I'm not able to investigate this further. We have several colours which are of a reddy nature (oxblood, oxblood patina, conker and chestnut) so perhaps there is some confusion there? With regards returns, we offer a worldwide collection service and the process is relatively straightforward. You can purchase a subsidised returns label online. “The online ordering was smooth and intuitive with one exception; for some reason the product was sent expedited via UPS at a cost of 50 British Pounds. I remember not selecting that option and defaulting to standard shipment. Other than that things went very smoothly. I have indicated below that delivery was on time, essentially because I had not expected the product to arrive for a couple of weeks.”

“Company shipped the boots fast. These Memphis boots have the nicest silhouette of any designer boot that I’ve had. Very high quality. My only suggestion would be to offer the Manhattan Chelsea boot in all the colors that the Eastwood comes in! Thanks for great boots and a reasonable price”
