“This was my first time purchasing anything from Thomas Bird. I bought a pair of Phoenix Zip Boots in a size 9/US that I loved, but turned out to be too small. I followed their instructions on exchange/returns and exchanged my boots for a size 10/US. I got my new pair in a timely manner and I absolutely love them! They fit perfectly and look great.”

“Overall very good customer service, the return process is a little bit complicated, also I feel that your email replies take more time that what I expected. I can’t give any feedback about the shoes quality because I didn’t have the opportunity to wear it yet.”

“I was concerned about the time it would take for the shoes I ordered to arrive. There was no need. They arrived within days and on time. The shoes themselves are quite frankly beautiful. I really appreciate the obvious craftmanship that went into them. I will buy from Thomas Bird again!”

“Initially, I thought my boots didn't fit. I enquired about an exchange and whether it would be better to change the boot style or get a bigger size. Samantha called me to help me make a decision. In the end, I realised the boots fit fine so need to return.”
