“These are definitely the most comfortable dress shoes I’ve worn, even from when i first put them on, and they broke in really easily. The shape is more elegant than you get with a lot of more expensive American brands, and the quality is just as high. My one wish is that a free size exchange were offered for your first pair—since it’s an online only brand, I think that would make sense given the impossibility of trying on for size.”

That said, I can see that you purchased one of our subsidised Thomas Bird UPS returns labels which costs £25. According to the tracking, they are already on their way back to us.
