“The service exceeded my expectations being I'm in the US. The delivery was faster than some domestic deliveries. You must have a warehouse here. Only downside is there are no half sizes. I'm a US 9.5..ordering a 9 I have to get the boot stretched.”

Good evening Stanley, sorry about that. Yes, unfortunately in order to get a full refund, we require the boots back in an unworn condition. Sadly once they've been taken outside the soles mark up and we can't resell the boots.
