“I have purchased Thomas Bird shoes for over 10 years now and recently purchased two briefcases from them. Overall quality of the products is great and the workmaship that goes into the shoes alone is excellent. Some of the shoes I have that are several years old now look much better than newer shoes I have from different companies. Customer service is also excellent as someone typically responds to an issue within 24 hours. I recently had an issue with a pair of Chestnut Benson wholecuts I purchased and customer service responded quickly and addressed my problem with politeness and care. I always feel valued as a customer when I reach out to the company and that is quality worth brand loyalty to me.”

“Placing this order was very straightforward. Order was dispatched within 24hrs of placing order. Order was delivered a few days later well packaged. The only minor downside is delivery could of been quicker.”

We do always strive to despatch and deliver as quickly as possible and with your order I believe because it was processed on a Friday this caused a slight delay as DHL don't deliver for us in the UK over the weekends. “De service is heel goed . Bestelling heel snel ontvangen . Mijn boots pasten niet en ik kon het met behulp van Thomas Bird snel terug sturen en ik kreeg ook snel weer een grotere maat toegestuurd . Had ook de mogelijkheid om aankoop bedrag terug te krijgen maar heb een grotere maar boots besteld .”
