“The wool from The Wool Factory is always of good quality and as described. The prices are equable and the delivery system is quick and reliable. I knit sensory mitts for the Derby and Burton Hospitals Trust so can only use the cheaper wool as I fund the project myself , but thankfully the wool is good. I always buy enough at a time to get free delivery which mitigates the costs a bit.”

“This is my first time using the Wool Factory. I was very pleased with the delivery - plus minimal wrapping, which is good as we have been overloaded with cardboard! The yarns and pattern look good, and we’re just as described. I haven’t used them yet as I am just finishing off a current knit. Don’t anticipate any issues. Will use the Wool Factory again, thank you”
