“I have to admit to being a bit disappointed in the Woolcraft Aran. There are some bits of coloured threads in the pale grey that shouldn't be there, and my garment is stocking stitch so they really show. Apart from that I received the same excellent speedy service I am accustomed to from Wool Factory. My missing pattern was dealt with satisfactorily.”

“I ordered Cygnet Utopia yarn and Drops light. Both yarns are good, the Utopia knits up very well, the drops yarn also very good, this is the 2nd lot of this yarn I have purchased from The Wool Factory.
