“My visit to the Wool Factory website showed me they had just what I wanted at a very reasonable price. The website was easy to negotiate. I ordered my yarn and it arrived promptly. The yarn I ordered is good to knit with and is turning into very attractive Christmas presents. Thank you Wool Factory”

“This is my go-to place for wool and patterns. There is a fantastic choice of both and you can always find something to buy. Their free download patterns are excellent and I love the organza bags the wool arrives in. So useful.”

“I received my order very quickly and was delighted with the contents. The yarn I ordered was packed very securely and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the yarn. I did order a couple of named brands, so I was fairly sure of the quality of those, however I also ordered some skeins of wool which were a brand that I was unfamiliar with, namely Araucania (although many people may know the brand). I can honestly say I am absolutely thrilled with this yarn. The colour blends are amazing and they are so soft and, once again, very true to the pictures shown. I would definitely recommend this company. Kx”
