“I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that my order was delivered so promptly. I came back to ‘The Wool Factory’ after some absence because I had been so disappointed in my last wool order and waited a couple of months before it was delivered. So it was with trepidation that I returned and if this service was to continue where you make an order and your order was dealt with promptly then I shall continue to be a customer.”

“I love that you have such a vast selection of wool ,however,it is quite expensive if you only purchase one ball of wool ,postage costs are more than the wool ,but a super site for knitters who need larger quantities at reasonable prices”

“Wool (majestic white aran) was discoloured and not nice, was told to return as pack hadn't been opened, now I'm struggling to get any contact with anyone regarding my refund after returning the order 2 weeks ago, no response to email, no phone number no live chat option. Really really unhappy, used to be my go to place”

“I buy wool for my elderly mother who knits hats for the Seaman's Mission and have got to say how pleased they have been with them. Keeping many a head cosy and warm thanks to the great quality of wool, value for money, and not forgetting the Excellent service, love the communication.
