“As it is a busy time of year the wool I ordered on the 28th of November was delivered yesterday 21/12/21. To my address in Australia. It was packed nicely. Looking forward to knitting with it. Thank you The Wool Factory for your quick service.”

“Looked on a lot of websites for a particular pattern book, but it was either too expensive or the postage to Australia was too expensive, then I found it at The Wool Factory. Very, very pleased as the book was discounted and the postage was even cheaper than stated on the website for yarn, and it was dispatched straight away.”
