“I was really impressed that all the colours I needed for my pattern (about 15) were in stock but they took 10 days to arrive. Some of the time might have been Christmas delays but I don't feel I could give a 5 star review with the delivery service I received. Otherwise happy.”

“Recently finished an adult jumper in the White Aran weight 60% wool 40% Acrylic which turned out perfectly. Very pleased with the result and can highly recommend to others. Great using the 500g balls as no joins!”

“Love the ease of the website. My wool was delivered in good condition and I have made a shoulder shawl for my young neighbour who has started dance classes. She loves it. It was great using the 500g balls as there were no joins in the project.”

“After buying some baby Rico I found my grandson had grown more than I thought. I emailed The Wool Factory to see if they had any left of the same dye lot and had a reply instantly that they would send it as soon as I ordered. I did on 22nd Dec and the wool arrived on 24th with standard delivery. You can’t have better customer service than that on Christmas week so I’ll be using them from now on.”

“I was pleased with the purchase of melange and the price but a little disappointed the colours didn't match well within the same yarn. EG the burgandy colour mentioned in each ball and the brown were different.”

“Excellent service. Loved being able to purchase 400g balls. Reasonably priced and excellent quality. At the moment being used to knit blankets for a dog rescue centre, but would use for family garments.”
