“Excellent service as always I have been using you for my yarn supplies for about 3yrs now always had an excellent service. One order was lost but the problem was delt with extremely quickly , excellent customer services cannot wait to visit your shop hopefully we will in November when we have our break in Chapel St Leonards”

“The Wool Factory is always helpful and efficient. I (used to) go in the 'old' place before covid, but I'm looking forward to a visit in the new shop as soon as. Online service is great, I live in Leicester so rely on this, but always visit when at my caravan! Keep it up! First class & friendly 😊 Bev”
