“I ordered some wool and found I didn't have enough. I emailed one the evening to ask if they had anymore in that shade and dye lot. First thing the next morning I received a reply saying they did have and if I ordered what I wanted and let Angela know the order number she would make sure I got the correct dye lot. The order only took a few days to arrive. Excellent service.”

“I have ordered wool for an elderly relative who has been unable to get out to buy her wool during the pandemic. I have been happy with the service and she is more than happy with the wool she has received “not like that cheap stuff from the market”. The Wool factory were very prompt to reply and correct an error I made when placing an order online.”
