“Even the really cheap yarns have washed really well. Only just started knitting again after 40yrs so didn’t want to buy anything expensive until I see how I manage. Will use Wool Factory a lot and tell friends also.”

“I tried ordering 4balls of spirit wool last week but when I got to check out it kept rejecting my payment and there is no reason why it should be rejected I have never had any trouble before and I have brought lots of wool from you and also ordered for my Neighbours,my orders are always delivered quite quick”

“I bought some huge balls of aran wool of 2 different makes. The colours are lovely, the wool knits really well and the jumpers are looking good. I found that the Wool Factory had plenty of choice, even though the world and his wife is knitting through this pandemic and the parcel arrived quickly. Thank you.”
