“I've ordered a couple of times now from The Wool Factory, always promptly delivered and a great range to choose from. The filters on the site are also great as I'll want different yarn weights at different times, and I also love that I can filter by yarn blend.”

“Can't fault their customer service. I had not received my wool and e-mailed to ask if there was a problem? Quick response to my query, more wool sent out by first class, received it the next day. The other lot has got lost somewhere down the line, and still waiting for it to turn up! Hope Royal Mail is as quick to answer as you are! Happy with wool, and can now complete my blankey.”

“I placed a click and collect order for the first time. My order was ready quickly for collection. I went and collected it and had a look around the shop, ( how can you not). When I got home I realised that one of the items I already had. So a few days later I went and changed it. The lady in the shop was lovely, absolutely no problem changing the item. I found the click and collect easy and efficient and would definitely use it again. It’s always a pleasure to shop here.”

“Just love the sunbeam Aran yarn I use it to make bunnies for Easter & knits lovely also such a variety of shades. I’m from Leicester & while away at Mablethorpe for the weekend I visited there shop, all I can say is wow got so much choice in there & lovely staff so helpful 😄”
