Can't fault their customer service. I had not received my wool and e-mailed to ask if there was a problem? Quick response to my query, more wool sent out by first class, received it the next day. The other lot has got lost somewhere down the line, and still waiting for it to turn up! Hope Royal Mail is as quick to answer as you are! Happy with wool, and can now complete my blankey.
